Are Chelsea not breaking ffp rules with all this money they are spending.

Ffp is a waste of time, it's irrelevant, man city will take there spending to over 200m and they won nothing got nowhere in champions league and not brought much money in with players leaving, you can not tell me they are balancing the books, Chelsea bit different they sell assets no so net spend for them would look good on paper

Rules been changed, if owners gives club money as a gift and doesn't want it back then its not included towards FFP! Absolute joke.

They changed the rules psg an city appelyed last yr an got it overturned so if the chairman is will to put his own money in they can spend 300/400 mil if they want
