. a host of bets coming in today on betfair. odds currently now 2-1 favourite!

{Ed002's Note - Joachim's contract does not finish after the Euros, it finishes after the World Cup in 2018.}

I have asked my ex boss in Berlin to find out what he hears. I know Lowe was looking to quit the national team and he and Klopp are good mates. Can't believe it myself.

{Ed002's Note - He is not looking to quit the national team.}

{Ed002's Note - No doubt it is a Twitter frenzy.}

You live in Germany hey ed? He signed a two year deal to stay on till 2016 but has expressed he would like to return to club management after. I read that in Der Speigel in 2014. I guess we will see if that happens after the euros. He would be a good catch for any premiership club.

{Ed002's Note - I don't live in Germany and never have done - and I am not sure why you think it is noteworthy. Joachim's contract runs until 2018 and not this summer as you seem to think. You should perhaps not believe everything you read in newspapers. He is however intending to return to club management when it suits him and one particular club has tried to discuss future possibilities with him - but he won't talk to them at this time.}

I think some of these posters believe we do not know how to read or lok up odds for ourselves.

there must be some truth in it 33/ 1 down to 2/ 1 after a "flurry of bets" let's hope there's something in it, that's what we need some real continental knowlage and passion, and jog these sparky and DM shouts on.

{Ed002's Note - The wonders of Twitter.}

I don't think you can use bookie odds as a reliable source. Bookies make up rubbish to increase the number of bets they receive (and the profit they make from that) . Plus they are often linked to media so they fabricate stories to drum up business.

Twitter is even worse. Usually some bored 12 year old trolling for attention.
