My personal opinion is that moshiri is letting the season end, let's not forget he can take full control and bring people on next year.

So I think that as koeman only has one year left, has had 3-4 good seasons with Southampton that he will go for him. He will gets us to the next level with some cash.
It won't cost much to take him from Southampton as of the 1 year left and the wages probably won't be that much there either.

That's my theory anyway.

Are Manchester United monitoring koeman as a potential replacement (I don't mean this season)
