He's lost 5 of his last 8, not exactly inspiring is it, he's a good manager but there's better about, rafa for 1, also rather arteta came in, could be our very own solskjar.

Also we want stability at the club he's never stayed anywhere longer than 2 years and has a habit of just walking out on teams if he's not happy that week, not for me.

Inviting the media around to look at his spreadsheet was a bit cringe too.

Why do people talk about managers who have yet to earn their corn in the EPL. If the likes of Howe, Hughton, and Dyche are overlooked by clubs why should others just walk in without any knowledge at all. I would give all the three aforementioned a chance before taking another chance on anyone else. If we are going to throw money about then yes get the likes of Conte etc, but if not then we need someone who has probably got as far as he can with the cub he is at. Howe gets a nose bleed north of Watford, Hughton's colour does not bode well with big clubs it would appear, which is a shame, which leaves Dyche who would certainly make us hard to beat.

Have u really just said Houghton won't get the Everton job because he's black? Am sure our Iranian owner is more diverse than that. Eddie howe is another martinez good going forward cnt defend, Houghton isn't a bad shout and dyche is in a relegation battle and signed a 38 year old crouch to get him out ov it. We need rafa or arteta, av said it before gallardo would be great but seems everton dnt want to look outside of england.

Well then why has Hughton never been linked with the big jobs? Why did our Iranian owner never consider him for interview? It seems something of a hoodoo in football. I like the guy and the way his teams play football. Its time he got a chance. Dyche does not have the funds we have so had to go for what he felt was value for money, a bit like our Iranian leader when he went for Big Sam, got real value for money there! I would be happy to see anyone of those three at Everton if it is decided to relieve Silva of his position. At least I would be happy knowing we have someone who is not scared to crack the whip. I would not look outside of England given the mess we have had for the past 3 seasons.

hes never been linked to the big clubs because he has done nothing to suggest he should be considered he's an upper midtable manager at best. How hypocritical is it u r saying he doesn't get oppertunity because he's black then you say you wouldn't want to hire someone from outside england? i want our next manager to be the right appointment regardless of nationality or colour. we need an experianced winner like rafa or gallardo not a manager whos only ever won the championship. If wer gunna gamble then arteta is the one to go with.
