A lot of papers this morning saying Jodan Pickford could be one of six first team players to be sold this summer, dunno what to think Jordan is still young for a keeper and should get better, but after his recent fracas who knows.

{Ed002's Note - I am not aware of any efforts being made to sell him right now.}

I read those stories in the papers but think that’s the papers trying to make a story after the night out Sunderland
Anything to sell their papers.

Keeping England’s number one can only improve the club’s brand. Having said that, if an offer of 50-60 million came in, and you could buy Pope or Butland for 20-30 million. I’d be tempted.

But land is nowhere near Pickford level anymore Pickford is miles ahead of him now.

I would like to think Jordan will get better with age and also it seems our defence is getting stabilized at last.

Considering we paid £30m (or thereabouts) for Pickford in the summer of 2017 and since then he’s gone on to be England’s number 1, you’d assume we’d be hoping to get at least £50m if not £60m, which isn’t bad business - although I’d prefer it if he stayed, as he’s got his best years ahead of him.

I’ve read many encouraging things about the young lad we signed from Arsenal, would be be ready to step up? Or is he still too young?
