Anyone else read that Everton and River Plate have reached an agreement for midfielder Santiago Sosa for £13.3million.?

Needs a work permit though 🙈

Having trawled the web it would seem that we’ve agreed a deal subject to a work permit being granted, sosa is currently playing for Argentina’s under 20 team at the World Cup . He may qualify for the work permit under the exceptional skills ( I believe that’s the rule ) as I understand it his agent is flying in to discuss terms, I am unclear if his dad is his agent. The fee is reported at £13m / €15m.
