At times I have to admit that a lot of evertonians annoy me. Fair enough, we have not been as active in the market as I would have liked but bobby did tell us what this transfer window would be like. I have full faith that he will sign the players we need and compete next year, even if it is going to be a lot harder. I reckon it would be a fair bet that a lot of the people who are being negative at the moment will be the first to start praising bobby when signings do come. Keep faith in bobby and be patient in waiting for signings.

To be fair Cropper, I don't think people are being Negative rater more nervous! let's face facts here with 4 weeks until the start of the season we need the players in now so they can settle. Sign them in another few weeks and the team might not get time to gel, and before we know it were six games in and the real Negativity will begin! Am not worried but I must admit am starting to fret a little! Come on Everton give us something to cling onto! IMWT

We don't have the spending power to blithely pay over the odds for players or to bring in loads of players only to then farm them out on loan. For us, it's obviously going to take time to get all aspects of our transfer deals negotiated, agreed, and finalised. Of course it's frustrating to read about our interest in players only to see nothing coming to successful conclusion, but I accept that this is the club (RM, BK, etc.) being prudent during their period as custodians (because that's all they are in the historical context) of our great football club.

I agree to a certain extent but I think participating in the Europa league has poeple more concerned than usual, we had a good enough first team to at least compete last year with the top 4 but we are currently without a decent enough striker to install confidence in repeating that without the extra players needed for the extra games aswell, let's face it the deals that made the difference last year were made in the 11th hour when felli pushed threw his move, the other three signings haven't added nothing
