I am not advocating this, but how long will it be before Bill Kenwright, is in the same position as the Newcastle owner, and only able to attend home games with a team of minders / bodyguardes. The "saviour" of everton, is fast becoming the dead weight around our neck, and more and more people are comeing to that conclution. Bill did, I'am sure, started off with the best of intentions, but just like the saying goes, the road to hell is paved with good intentions and unless he is realy willing to sell the club ( quickly) then our club is heading down that road.

{Ed025's Note - i can see what you are saying JCW and it almost happened a couple of years ago when the blue union were at its most vocal, im a big defender of BK as i think others within the club could do a lot more but maybe a lot will get their wish anyway as bills health seems to be an issue lately mate..

I am a big defender of BK as well. Everton is stable and with the TV money coming the club will only get stronger we wouldn't want Everton sliding down the league like wolves. Or we wouldn't want a owner like Cardiff or Leeds. So I think we should in a strange way thank BK for keeping the club stable. I truly believe we will sign someone good by the end of the window. Don't stress everyone. I'm sure it will be ok. I know it's frustrating as I have said time and time again where is the money going.

I think some fans are becoming inpatient and yes it would be nice to have some other buys in place before the season starts but that will never happen. I too am a defender of BK and his health is a real concern however I think over the last 4/5 years he has provided the cash to buy significant players and yes he has been good at selling players who have wanted to move on eg Arteta, Fellaini, Lescott and even Rooney [whose sale saved the club from going into administration].
Just have patience I think Stones will stay but if we get 30+ million we can get some useful additions and I think with Browning and Galloway we are not too far off discovering another Stones.
Wellzee
