No rumour, just read an interesting article about the premier league and how next years money will see the prem be flooded with more billionaires looking to come into the game, forgot who it was written buy some financial sports guru, anyway he was basically saying that over last 10 years the premier league has become a stock market we saw the boom with Chelsea Man City and others coming in and although it has slowed down its due to stagnation over last 2-3 years many of the rich our buying there time waiting ready to pounce for the next big opportunity well that opportunity will be upon us soon, he states the overseas money will be a big investment opportunities with clubs like Everton will see value double over next 1-2 years due to this money coming into league commercial rights will be massive,
The guy said if anyone thinks that the chance of a billionaire taking over a prem club are gone are very much mistaken they are just waiting for the big boom, he says it will happen and that he sees 2-3 prem clubs having massive takeovers within next 5 years, the good news is club like Everton will be the first choice for them why well, it's been well documented that Everton has been overlooked for various reasons but believes they have just been unlucky and that the Abu Dhabi money was so close to being there rather than man city, it was just fate and the fact the ground was there but he believes if they knew how much money they needed to invest in squad since they would of thought twice. So it was very interesting article from a business point of view which made perfect sense, the more I thought about it the more it did make sense. They don't all come at once billionaires they play the market, man city owners have spent billions not millions on squad and training facilities, now with sky money overseas money and the fact the prem is as big as any business in the world, the shieks or Arabs or other big players in the rich world will now see this as an opportunity someone could come in buy a new stadium and build a squad for half the amount city or Chelsea did it if done right £250m on stadium and 300m on squad would take Everton to a level on par with city not bad considering how much the city project cost

Why would any buisness man wait until he had to pay double the amount surely they would all be knocking doors down before then
