Anyone think robles deserves a long stint in goal just to see if he has what it takes? he looked good on Sunday.

I would think so Skylark. Gives him the rest of the season to prove himself and Blues time to scout a top keeper in the summer should he fail to convince RK.

Not sure why anyone would disagree with that, it's not like we have anything to win or lose this season. Ideal time to experiment I would have thought.

can't see another keeper coming in the window, but both keepers are prone to a howler every now and then, at this time it seems Joel is in the driving seat.

I saw a stat yesterday that he has one of the highest save percentages in the premier league (80%) only second to De Gea (80.8%) since December 1st. I think he has definitely seized his opportunity since Steklenburg has been out.

I do not agree with Ron saying Stek is our number one keeper, Robles has come in twice this season and done a decent job, this time Rom has to stick with Robles in goal and not drop him until a dip in form.

{Ed025's Note - i must say that i prefer joel to stek as well baz, but ronnie has done nothing for me to doubt his wisdom yet mate..
