Not totally convinved with this new staduim lark - seems to laden us with more debt ( rent / lease agreements ) without actually owning anything as we currently owe moshiri 80mill plus to compete at the top we will need to invest heavily in the next few transfer windows.

As a businessman moshiri will help with the commercial side of things and generate money but foremost he will look after himself first - he owns half the club and he is owed 80 mill from us - where does it stop?

We need to quickly become self sufficient as my biggest worry is that in say 5-10 years when Moshiri has had enough what happens then.

Whether it's Moshiri, the club or LCC it is still going to cost to build a stadium. I wouldn't worry over the finances as We won't understand it anyway.

The club will only invest in something that is going to make money and be a sound investment for the club in the future and he is trying to increase revenues so that we ARE self sufficient.

We owe Moshiri because he paid off our debt interest free. This paved the way for us to go ahead with our desperately needed stadium project. FFP prevents Moshiri just handing over his cash so an interest free loan is the only way he could help us without being sanctioned, which could still happen if we get intoEurope as we will come under FIFA scrutiny.

Where do you think £300 million is going to come from? Staying at Goodison means we will never generate big club income. Moving to a new one will.

This is a shrewd plan made by a Billionaire accountant. Surely that deserves a little trust from us fans.

According to a boffin from manchester university it will be under water in 80 years time anyway due to the mersey rising with global warming. What a killjoy he is.

Couldn't care less what it costs. It's well outside my circle of influence. It's a step on the road to the success I want our younger supporters to taste. You've got to be enjoying the ride at present.

In 80 years time we can just say we have a purpose built moat around the stadium.
