We look a yard off the pace. Still playing players out of position. What do we expect.

I have to be honest I did not expect to win tonight and thought we would do well to keep it down to 2 against. However I was delighted with the way we played at times especially in midfield. There looked to be a confidence I have not seen for some time. Two errors gave them their goals. We worked for ours. Gutted as always to lose to them, but light starting to shine at the end of a dark tunnel hopefully. Can only go forwards now.

{Ed0333's Note - delighted with the way you played at times? Stroll on fella. Just because you got out of your penalty box this time round doesn’t mean you were any good. But I understand your need to take solace from the game.

To be fair Ed0333. He Nick was right. You only scored through a weak weak penalty and Pickford screwing up.

If you only knew the kind of abuse the Ed’s got you’d appreciate my reasoning. Oh heck who am I kidding I’d still be sarcastic and acerbic even if I didn’t get slagged off. With regards to the game yes we scored off the back of a weak penalty but we should have had that game wrapped up before you scored. Except the goalies ed you need another one ASAP. Thought we played better than we have in recent games but still dcl work hard all game and we didn’t create a chance for him and it’s making some people say he’s a bad player he’s not just not getting the service. Hopefully when Wmbangs a couple in he can go on a. I’ve little run and get some goals that he deserves.
