Big 3 points up for grabs against Stoke to take us to that magical 40. I hope we really go for it and don't produce another bore-fest by just sitting back and playing for a 0-0. COYB! NSNO!

There has been a lot of negativity weighing us down this season so just trying to be positive mate. I think if we hit the 40 today the lads will relax a bit and approach the remaining games more optimistically.

I agree BigH. The team when Sam A took over had a kid playing at right back. A right back signed on a free playing at left back (when he was not much good at right back anyway) A center half who looked like he had eaten too many pies and was out of form. Another center half signed for a big fee who was woefully lacking confidence (maybe because of the other 3 I just mentioned) A holding midfielder who wanted to pass sideways everytime he got the ball. a super player on his last legs and another kid playing up front. Whilst I admire the kids and what they did stepping in to cover. this is the Premier League and any little mistake is pounced on. Hence our run of results. We now have our regular right back and regular left back in the team. The manager has seen sence and brought the captain back in and dropped the midfielder who plays football like a sideways walking crab! I think we have a chance. especially if Tosun and Walcott play? Not sure is Walcott injured?
