Unless there is a big improvement in performance, results etc I think Everton could find the top 8 this season out of there reach. No games are easy in the Premiership but where 3 points should be picked up they are not.
Some need a kick up the backside whether they on the pitch or coaching to get those results.
They need reminding that those fans who support them and travel hundreds of miles to away games are not on £100,000 a week.

If you dare criticise on here, then you get lambasted as not a proper supporter. To be fair, I doubt very much that yourself, DC and others that voice dissatisfaction on here are the same ones that boo and curse their own Team and Staff at live games. For myself Silva had his Season 8th, this it is not looking good, I have no idea how long he will be given but if this pattern continues then Christmas will be to late. To see Silva sulking on the bench wasn't depressing, it was deplorable.

I’d sooner call the performance by the players deplorable. We have all seen some excellent performances by our team under Silva, and some awful ones too. But there wasn’t a single player that I saw who didn’t make a mistake or two. Some too many. The manager can’t be blamed for all the mistakes but I understand why not everyone is convinced by him.

It’s still early and there is actually only one team carrying last seasons form into this one. That should tell us plenty. Not having a go at you guys for not liking Silva, I’d just rather look at the whole picture than drill down on the manager.

To be fair to you Toffee my response/ reply to your post (and having read it back) was a little over the top (too impassioned) . Like others I love this Club, it is just so frustrating that (it seems to me anyway) , we just season after season do not appear to do anything about lessons learned. I agree, that continually changing Manager is not the way to go about it but surely to God, the way to correct that - after so many goes - is to do your due dilligence.

Bill the trouble with this site (no offence Ed001) is that we respond to a post then scroll down and read another then feel bad about the one just posted. Mate we want the same thing as does the coach. Whether he can deliver only time will tell (not too much time though 😉)

{Ed001's Note - I am not offended. Nothing is perfect and we know the sites have their flaws like any other.}
