If the David Marshall interest comes off and we buy him don't expect Howard to hang around as number two at his stage. Just read his autobiography and he has said as much, straight back to Memphis to be with his family, he has a very stubborn and fixed mentality.
It's clear he loved Everton from the first minute though, and he's been a great servant for many years so I hope the fans treat him with the respect he deserves.

If and when we buy another keeper, it will mean the end for Tim so I wouldn't expect him to hang around. As you say, he's been a great servant so we should all afford him with the respect he deserves. Unfortunately, time and age has caught up with him, happens to every footballer, but that doesn't mean the abuse he gets is warranted.
That said, it looks like RM is still going to use him in the league as Joel has been named as our keeper for today.

Lots of Spanish press saying Lukaku to Everton confirmed tonight for 25 million euros.

Spanish press were saying him to wolfsburg was a done deal 2 days ago, he isn't back until wednesday I believe, doubt he will sign for anyone before then although I would like it to be true, I doubt it
2.) It was the German press that said 'to Wolfsburg'. Who knows, but we'll soon find out and I'm hopeful and relaxed for once :o)

Shame for browning he's injured, but cover might well be Cleverley who has played there before, or even McCarthy or Besic.
Different stories coming out, one rumour that Lukaku will be loaned for a year then an option to buy for 25 million euros. Considering it would cost about 5 million euro for the loan, that's 30 million total for Chelsea, more than anyone else would pay, in effect a staggered payment. quite creative you have to agree, but would rather buy him outright.
