Eds do efc still hold any interest in ante coric?

Efcfanatic

{Ed002's Note - No, it was no more than a general enquiry eith his agent.}

09 Jan 2017 18:24:48
Ed002 do you have an idea of who Everton current transfer targets are?
I listened to the sharkpod but quite a few of them such as sule, rude and berge seem to have been snapped up

Efcfanatic

{Ed002's Note - Manolo Gabbiadini and Morgan Schneiderlin are still of interest.}

Hi eds

Are everton interested in an Algerian striker called belfodil? . seen a few stories and wondered if any truth

Cheers for any feedback

Efcfanatic

{Ed002's Note - I am not aware of any interest and it makes little sense. Aside from a period playing in the Middle East he has constantly failed to deliver and clubs quickly move him on. And I am not even sure he is part of the national team set up any more. Bottom of the barrell stuff if true.}

1.) 09 Jan 2017 09:36:41
Cheers eds it was just in the papers and they were bigging him up. Hooe it's not true

{Ed002's Note - A few years ago much was expected - but it never really happened for him.}

2.) 09 Jan 2017 12:46:21
Perfect replacement for niasse:)

07 Jan 2017 14:41:40
Hi eds

Just a couple of questions

We've been linked with Riyadh boudeouz from montpellier. is there any truth in this?

I have also read on sky that hernandez has fallen out wit his team mates at leverkusend and wants gone is there a realistic chance of us getting his signature as that would be a class signing

Efcfanatic

{Ed002's Note - Ryad Boudebouz has been of interest to Lazio and Newcastle - I am not aware of any Everton interest. Lyon could renew old interest if they lose a particular player.

I am not aware of any plans to sell Hernandez in January and whilst the goals have dried up I do not think there are issues with teammates.}

Just readin up on some of the proposed central midfield tar gets from ed002''s shark pod.

Delaney- has joined bremen
Sander verge - is close to joining Genk

And now with schneiderlein in the balance, I'm windexing if mr Walsh has any other targets earmarked.

Efcfanatic

{Ed025's Note - im sure he will have mate..

1.) 03 Jan 2017 18:53:53
Anything more on Sebastian Rudy? Or the Russian lad?

{Ed002's Note - Sebastian Rudy has set his heart on a move to Bayern Munich (where he will be lucky to get any sort of regular place). Talks with Southampton and Swansea about Alan Dzagoev have happened - but Bob Bradley has now gone.}

2.) 03 Jan 2017 20:57:19
So neither are on our radar, thanks Ed.

Anybody heard what the delay is in announcing schneiderlin?

Efcfanatic

{Ed002's Note - What is wrong with you?}

1.) 12 Jan 2017 12:18:01
Hey Ed002, I understand people's nervousness. I remember Nigel Martin "was signing" for us in the 80's. then we let him go and talk to Leeds Utd. he signed for them and was amazing. We eventually got him when he was about 31 years old. Then there was Stan Collymore coming to sign for us. where did he end up? Then the last transfer window . we had Sissoko signing. we had Axel Witsel. we had Lucaz Perez. we had Gabbiadini. All I can say, is that "is it any wonder Evertonians get nervous when the silence is deafening? "

{Ed002's Note - There is nothing to say until the paperwork is completed and the international clearance has been provided. It is like an absolute joke the way the Everton fans have behaved over the last two windows. The lack of communication is direct fallout from the awful behavior and abuse in the summer. That should not be a suprise as you were told at the time.}

2.) 12 Jan 2017 13:14:53
I agree that some of our fans have behaved in a terrible way. But I also liked the post someone put on here yesterday about Harry Catterick would say a player was ours after about 5 games. not before he had signed on!

3.) 12 Jan 2017 13:44:37
Come on peeps we had all this last season and during the summer. We have the set up (or nearly) in place for us to make a start on moving in the right direction now. Numerous people some with perhaps more sense about the Club than us mere plebs have told us patience is now what is required and yet some just plod on as if the blinkers do not allow peripheral vision. Mr Moshri will be wondering what he has got himself into if we carry on.

4.) 12 Jan 2017 13:55:27
Our fans are no different to any other fans around the country. In given the record we have had over the last twenty odd years, I think the support has been fantastic. Try going to an away match if you want to see true support. All clubs have supporters who are natural moaners. City, Utd, Lpool, Chelsea, all have moaning supporters, and they have had success.

{Ed002's Note - Rubbish. Some clubs have toxic fans that constantly attack the hierarchy. Manchester United, Liverpool and Everton are the culprits. The Everton fans were dreadful over the summer and deserve the minimum communication from the board and owners that they are getting.}

5.) 12 Jan 2017 14:21:46
Hey

.......

{Ed002's Note - You don't get it do you? Always someone else. I spent the summer explaininhg how poor the fans were - suck it up.}

6.) 12 Jan 2017 14:38:51
Really. Try going to Hull away, Watford away, Sunderland away. Over the years I've heard it from them all. Even Chelsea last season, went to the game with a couple of friends, and all there supporters were moaning about how crap Hazzard was and how he should be sold. So it's ot rubbish. Or is it just an issue you have with northern teams?

{Ed002's Note - Another embarrassing attempt to try and get away from who awful the fans were over the summer - were the Chelsea fans demanding Mr Abramovich leave? Hopeless.}

7.) 12 Jan 2017 14:55:54
Guys ED002 does have a valid point.

A carpenter who blames his tools is not a carpenter, A football fan who critiques every moment they can are not football fans.

8.) 12 Jan 2017 15:10:26
Hey

{Ed002's Note - You are just a moron trying to say everyone else is worse. Everton fans were an absolute disgrace over the summer and that is the reason why the relationship has soured - the point is nothing to do with someone moaning about Wenger. Manchester United fans did untold damage to the club by their toxic behavior and Liverpool fans have done the same - the three clubs are light years worse than anyone else. Try not to look for feeble excuses. It is embarrassing to read.}

9.) 12 Jan 2017 15:27:07
Chelsea might not want to get rid of their owner, but the "supporters" are quick enough to want to get rid of the manager. Sadly your northern bias blinds you to what other clubs are like.

{Ed002's Note - I don't have any "Northern Bias". Idiot.}

10.) 12 Jan 2017 15:39:33
Hey guys. I think you all need to take that deep breath I was on about a while back. I actually agree with Ed that SOME of our fans behaved dreadfully through the Summer. But likewise, I tried to explain to Ed why I can understand frustration amongst some fans. and nervousness that yet another transfer might break down. It has happened so many times to us. But there is no reason to start toxic insults at each other. This is a banter site. not an insult site. To quote the old Monty Python sketch, " Is this the right room for a transfer? " etc

11.) 12 Jan 2017 15:57:44
Degsy, I don't believe I insulted anyone. And your right this is supposed to be a banter site. But once people resort to throwing insults at you when you are trying to have a debate. Then they have lost the argument. I am not a moron or an idiot. I have a very successful business which has allowed me to retire early, and enjoy life. Perhaps others should try enjoying life too. 🌞

{Ed002's Note - You are an idiot if you think I have a "Northern Bias" - I am from the North originally.}

12.) 12 Jan 2017 16:32:07
So am I Ed, but as I have said I am not an idiot. Though I did lose 12k in Vegas once, so I can be foolish at times. 🎰

Seen a bit of RK's comments and he's does not sound happly to be honest
Who actually negotiates for Everton eds? . is it steve Walsh or is there a team that handles it

Efcfanatic

{Ed002's Note - Kenwright and Elstone have responsibility.}

1.) 07 Jan 2017 18:51:11
They're not cutting the mustard eds. Ndidi dominaTed Barry. The deal was done in December and finalised so he could play today. I'm guessing walsh will have selected targets in good time. so why couldn't the deals be done in good time.

Schneiderlein deal is also annoying as if we'd not dithered then he could have concieveably played today

Also saw Ronnie after match comments. kick up the bottom for the board, but got to see if the board come through.

2.) 07 Jan 2017 18:41:33
That's why we hesitate and hesitate in the Window, I thought that with Moshri in, Elstone in particular would be out of the picture.

{Ed002's Note - What are you talking about?}

3.) 07 Jan 2017 19:09:18
Elston and bill. they seem to dither over everything.
I'll use Mane as an example, they reds wanted him, they where quoted a price, they paid it and got the player.
It seems that Everton have to haggle over everything

31 Dec 2016 16:05:26
Eds any news on sebastian haller to efc? . Apparently was in the stands at Hull last night and I can't see them landing him because the owner won't spend.

Efcfanatic

{Ed002's Note - Nothing to do with Everton.}

1.) 31 Dec 2016 16:12:27
Hull then. thanks eds.

2.) 31 Dec 2016 16:47:31
Heard he's off to Southampton.

28 Dec 2016 13:11:00
Looking at the ademola lookman proposed signing and I'm very optimistic, the reason being that going back a few years I can remember a certain striker plucked from the amateur leagues and given a chance by crystal palace. I think he was a builder at the time and Ian Wright was his name. He went on to do amazing things with arsenal and was part of there invincible's side.
Now lookman may well be younger but has come from the same sort of obscurity and through a rapid rise straight into the first team.
If lookman can be efc''s version of Ian Wright I'll be ecstatic.

Efcfanatic

1.) 28 Dec 2016 13:40:40
Hmm love your optimism but let's give him a bit of time haha.

2.) 28 Dec 2016 14:02:39
He was retired by the time arsenals invincibles squad came around.

3.) 28 Dec 2016 15:10:08
10 mill for a 19 year old is worth a try.

4.) 28 Dec 2016 19:07:55
Doesn't matter Sladen, he was a top player.

28 Dec 2016 11:48:38
Just read in bild that leverkusen may be willing to cash in on hernandez for between 30 and 40m euro.
Now that would be a signing.

They need to Guernsey. if they don't then a season with no cups to play for will become a complete write off if we drop out of a European contention

Have I just read the words 'Javier hernandez' and 'very possible' in the same sentence. That would be an amazing signing.
