Not really a rumour but just read Everton turned down the chance to sign saul at athletic Madrid when he was 18. Shame as he's looking a class player and he's perhaps the type of centre mid we could do with.

Fraud or not. its mourinho. Players want to play for him. Abit like pep. So he could attract big names if the money is there. Which until I actually see it being spend I am trying to not get too excited.

Doesn't quite add up. Same number of draws. Same number of losses. Pulis won 4 more. Yet pulis has managed 7 more games. What's happened to the other three? Either way it's a shocking stat for Martinez. I'll be honest I like the bloke. And I like what he represents in terms of the football. But there's a massive part of his management missing. I was listening to an interview a short while ago with Danny Simpson. And he was saying Steve McLaren is a fantastic coach, one of the best he's worked with, but not a manager. I wounder is the same applies to Martinez?
