Any truth in 19 mill bid for schneiderlin being rejected ed thanks.

bluenose1985

{Ed025's Note - not that i am aware of BN..

1.) 03 Jan 2017 01:03:23
cheers ed being reported a lot on news now site.

2.) 03 Jan 2017 08:04:53
Also being reported by the times and telegraph.

{Ed001's Note - they are interested, Man Utd have offered him, but there has not been a bid, yet anyway. Papers sensationalise things by talking of bids, when formal bids are not often used these days.}

3.) 03 Jan 2017 10:04:45
They will have to put a bid in quick because reports say WBA are going to up there bid.

Any truth that stones has asked to leave again ed, 50mill being quoted for transfer on news now reports in express and telegraph.

bluenose1985

{Ed001's Note - his leave request was never retracted mate. It was simply that he agreed to wait for another season to give the club a chance to show progression. There was no progression, on the pitch, so now it is up to Koeman to persuade him that the off pitch progression is enough to stay.}

1.) 02 Jul 2016 07:22:46
I think there is little point in keeping a player who clearly wants to move on. If the Wales v Belgium game showed anything it's that you need everyone pulling in the same direction.

{Ed025's Note - your right CT belgium had by far the better players individually but as a team they are poor, wales like leicester last season were all pulling in the same direction and that is so important mate..

2.) 02 Jul 2016 08:02:25
Saints played as a team last season . . . just sayin like ;)

3.) 02 Jul 2016 20:44:17
Exactly Blue247!

30 Jan 2016 22:14:17
Any truth to vermalen ed, thought he would be fixing defence not signing attackers. Guy confuses he'll out of me.

bluenose1985

{Ed025's Note - i dont really know to be honest BN..

1.) 31 Jan 2016 01:44:50
Wouldn't say Vermaelen would fix anything, a really really really poor mans Jan Vertonghen. Plus he's always injured, and can't defend. Will fit right in then.

30 Jan 2016 21:50:55
NBC in America are saying niasie has already joined.

bluenose1985

{Ed002's Note - Not yet. Monday.}

1.) 31 Jan 2016 11:07:05

Hi end any truth in the Chinese consortium that are apparently in talks with Mr moshiri and bill been reported by mirror at 1035 this evening cheers in advance ed.

bluenose1985

{Ed002's Note - Everyone hopes not.}

1.) 23 Apr 2017 00:15:27
Would the extra investment not be a good thing then? Saying it will help moshiri give more financial backing to rk.

{Ed002's Note - What extra investment?}

2.) 23 Apr 2017 09:45:50
Ed it's clear he's talking about the potential money from the Chinese consortium.

{Ed002's Note - That would go to whoever sells their shares to them - it doesn't go to the club. This is very, very basic finance and you all seem to be struggling with it.}

3.) 23 Apr 2017 11:25:52
The article I read says the investment would be naming rights to new stadium not actually buying shares ed so that money would go to the club would it not?

{Ed002's Note - If it is simply naming rights it would go to the club to help pay for the stadium in all likelihood.}

4.) 23 Apr 2017 11:44:07
How about investing in the naming rights for our new ground, pardon my limited knowledge of basic finance.

{Ed002's Note - That would simply be sponsorship starting in a few years time.}

5.) 23 Apr 2017 18:08:58
In a report I read the Chinese investment is in relation to finances for the stadium and allowing Moshiri to concentrate on financing the building of a team. Was also mentioned on SKY.

6.) 23 Apr 2017 22:25:26
If they put the money in can call it the Golden Phoenix for me, as long as we don't build a stadium like West Ham's.

7.) 24 Apr 2017 13:20:43
provided they don't call it Wan King stadium.

Just watched Newcastle Everton on star sports stream, commentator claims surveyors have been present at goodison and could be due to takeover. If true looks good when already looking to expand goodison.

I completely agree with the fact that Lennon was infectious last year, he worked harder than all of them, also do not forget that he is a right winger, that does free up maybe mirallas to play 10 and also that naisy and Barkley can also play that role. Not to mention I have wondered a lot over the years why pienaar has never played there, him and Osman both would of played well in there

I do agree but do bear in mind closing down starts at the front and lukaku is equally as lazy, and also dangles a leg on the odd occasion.

He will never score that, but should not be written off the way we all are,also know may sound stupid everyone keeps mentioning no 10 what bout Barkley naismith mirallas delefeou?I have also stupidly thought over years our best player for role is pienaar, he is creative and so is osman

Hopefully Coleman and stones will show the sense Baines did,also should bear in mind that club is special. That's obvious when you look at people like pienaar Ferguson Stubbs etc, they realised mistake of leaving and came back.
Or hopefully if worst comes to worst we take clubs for every penny, Martinez showed for all his bad qualaties last year that at least he won't just roll over, look at what he got for felliani
