Can you shed any light on this Besic move? I'm hearing it's off Ed, can you please tell me what's going on?
{Ed002's Note - A little. I expect it to be sorted out but there are some additional unexpected costs and a payment schedule to be resolved. The payment schedule will be no problem but Everton want Ferencvaros to settle part of the additional fees - they say it is nothing to do with them.}
1.) Is this why it is taking so long? Also, when do you expect it to be done by?

Are these rumours about Ryan Babel true? I certainly hope not as he used to play for Liverpool and has never been a good player.

1.) Ed025: I agree that transfer deadline day will be interesting - and we may see some comings and goings (if only loans) right up to the wire at our club - but let's just be mindful about how many players we are permitted to register in our Premier League squad and in our Europa League squad.
However:
Surely we'll tie up a deal for Henen?
Surely some more of our 'fringe' players or 'developing' players will go out on loan?

Did Roberto Martinez meet an agent today, if so, any information on who he represents?

Spanish media are reporting that Carlos Sanchez, Columbia’s defensive midfielder, has signed for Everton today.
Everton had reportedly triggered the release clause in his contract to allow talks to take place, and after a sports agent took a Spanish lawyer to Finch Farm today, it seems that Sanchez is Everton’s second signing of the summer.
The £1.75m clause forces Spanish club Elche to allow Everton to speak to Sanchez, who is known as The Rock in Spain.
2.) Shame he isn't known as the 20 a season because rocks don't move much
