Hi ed

Despite all the good stuff from moshiri why are we dragging our feet over MS . If we want to join elite as moshiri says surely we need to pay the money and get players in? Who negotiates the transfers?

{Ed025's Note - its more complicated than people think you know jbg, its a constant battle between agent, player. club and buyer, sometimes things will run smooth and other times its a battle of wills, bill and elstone are still part of the process which for me is staggering and maybe thats why we are still dithering, i was hoping walsh would be doing all the bartering myself but apparently its not mate..

Ed from what I read on here the process is Koeman identifies the player needs, Walsh and his team of scouts identify candidates, Koeman and Walsh finalize the wanted list with the highest priority top of the list and so on and then Kenwright and Elstone and his team do the actual recruiting (negotiating with players team, agents and player and if agreement is met then this is followed by medical and final signing) . Is that correct?

{Ed025's Note - thats what i believe as well mike, but by koemans reaction at the weekend that seems to have broken down somewhat, it can go 2 ways from here for me, either that was a clear the air moment and he wanted to show the board that he will not be trifled with and we start again with a clean slate, or koeman is looking for a get out clause, i really hope its the former mate but all is not rosy in the camp thats for sure..

Thanks Ed025. I also hope Koeman stays. Without knocking Kenwright it is about time that he left the recruiting to professionals.

{Ed025's Note - im with you on that mike mate..
