If it’s true, we as well have gone for Armstrong from Blackburn. Similar player, cheaper option.
Would Watford be open to selling Sarr? He’d be very welcome.

Armstrong signed for Southampton?

Big thing for in next few days is getting a couple of high earners out. Any from James, Delph and Kean would be a good start. Kenny needs to go to. How many managers haven't rated him?! Even if just a right back comes in I could live with that. We're handicapped by ffp and most of us have known for a couple of years that we were heading towards this point. Let's sort the mess out and then try and build sensibly. Rafa will get the best out of what he has, and then once the repeated errors of owner/ managers/ DoFs have been sorted out we should reward him with some money to spend, safe in the knowledge that he won't spunk it like a kid in a sweet shop.
