Players where interest has been shown:
Everton are hovering around FFP issues and need to reduce the wage bill and utilise the cheaper or free options available to them (like Begovich, Townsend and Gray this past summer) and face work to extend contracts of some of the 8 who will out contract in the summer. They had a huge James Rodriguez issue that has now been resolved and 10 players aged 30 or more in the squad. Money will be very tight after a £140M loss last season pushing debt up to more than £400M. Mosiri continues to supplement the club up to the FFP limit but they will be structured as loans and have been partially used to reduce debt - which is a good thing. Mykolenko will be paid for in installments - which moves the problem forward.
Everton have, under very questionable advice, removed DoF Marcel Brands probably knowing that both Head of European Recruitment Gretar Steinsson and scouting manager UK Manager of Scouting and Operations, Dan Purdy, would both walk out on the club.

Nathan Patterson (RB) Manchester United could look to the Rangers player as cover but that would likely not deter the kid. Everton have tried for a year to sign him but are not an attractive option and were only interested in derisory offers. A move can happen for a decent offer. I suspect something can be done.
Daniel Munoz (RB) Fiorentina saw him as an option to Zappacosta but ended up taking a loan of Odriozola and will return to Munez in 2022. Everton will perhaps offer an option if funds allow - there have been previous discussions wth Genk but with Brands gone the interest may have gone as well. Work permit could be an issue in England.
Fabien Centonze (RB/ RWB) Metz turned down an approach from Marseille who opted for for Pol Lirola but they are still seeking another RB and could return. Metz say Southampton and Everton have sent scouts to watch him this season. Recommended to Chelsea by a very high end independent scout but they will not follow up and the player will not want to be cover.
Vitaliy Mykolenko (LB) Plenty of interest in 2020 but the player opted to sign a new contract and decided against a move to Manchester United, Milan, Everton, Inter Milan or Napoli. Milan has maintained an interest as they consider an upgrade to Fode Ballo-Toure as cover for Theo Hernandez but they need a non-EU departure. Everton interest may remain post Brands as the original interest was not from him but from an advisor. Manchester United opted for Alex Telles. Inter Milan have continued discussions with his agent over another player so may sustain interest. Napoli are perhaps considering their LB options for the summer. As a wildcard, Genoa may want to add to their sole LB option of Cambiaso but it also depends on a departure. I expect a move to Everton will be completed.
Harry Souttar (CB) Stoke City would sell at the right price but the interest of Burnley and Everton will have gone after he suffered a Cruciate Ligament Rupture.
Gleison Bremer (CB) Carlo Ancelotti tried to take him to Napoli and also Everton. He could try again as an affordable option for Real Madrid. Spurs and Milan provide good options as Spurs look to upgrade on the CBs they have and Milan fear losing Alessio Romagnoli as a Free Agent. Again, he is of interest to Inter Milan who fear losing Alessandro Bastoni in the summer of 2022. Previously of interest to Leicester and Liverpool, but both opted for others. Juventus have him on a list of options should they lose de LIgt in the summer but there are certainly a couple ahead of him. Torino will look to a new contract to end thoughts of a move but that has not stopped clubs scouting him as they expect him to be available in the summer as he has so far refused a new contract. Seems unlikely.
Samuel Umtiti (CB) decision is that he has dropped to the bottom the list of Barcelona CBs making chances slim that he would ever be a regular - released from his contract. Zenit offered an option in the summer but the player insisted he wanted to stay at Barcelona. Benfica had an offer accepted by the club but the player rejected. He can now join a club as a Free Agent in January with Milan providing an option and Everton keeping an eye on the situation as they want to replace Mina. Probably not an attractive solution.
Harry Winks (DM/ CM) Spurs told interested sides in the summer that he was not for sale but if the player were to ask to leave the coach would be supportive of that. Aston Villa moved on from Pape Sarr and made an enquiy about his availability in the summer - that interest may remain. If West Ham were to sell Rice they might offer an option - as perhaps Manchester United might as a possible Matic replacement. Leicester might also be a possible destination if they were to lose Ndidi, but they have a preferred target in mind. Southampton have declared an interest. He would provide an interesting option for Everton but they would need departures first. I suspect Conte will want to keep him.
Iddrisu Baba (CM/ DM) has a huge €45M buy out clause but Real Mallorca will cash in at a lower fee to raise funds - but 50% of the fee will be owed to Leganes. Benitez would like to take him to Everton but funds could be a problem without sales - perhaps an Allan replacement. Something can be done if the funds can be found.
Gonzalo Villar (CM) It has not worked out for the player in Rome and his agent is being asked to find him a new club. Tentative approaches have been made to a number of mid-table Spanish sides but they have no interest at a €12M asking price for a player who would largely be a fringe player. This has prompted the player being offered to at least Newcastle and Everton in the Premier League plus Roma and others in Serie A. Seems unlikely.
Sean Longstaff (CM) Newcastle fear losing him as a Free Agent so may be open to a January sale. Everton and possibly Leicester offer options. Nottingham Forest are a less attractive solution, but are trying to sell their project to the player.
Aaron Ramsey (CM) will be 31 by January and has been available for a while. Juventus are willing to release him from his contract at any time and his agent and a better known third party are working hard to find him a new home - the problem will be agreeing a salary package for a player who is now become a bit part player at Juventus. He may well have proven to be a reasonable Wijnaldum replacement at his best but those days appear gone and I am not aware of Liverpool looking to him but the supporters keep asking. May be difficult to find a home for but Juventus had hoped Paratici would be interested in taking him to Spurs - but that was not the case. There was an enquiry from West Ham, possibly at the prompting of his agent. His agent has more recently spoken with Everton who are hovering around FFP issues and need to reduce the wage bill and utilise the cheaper or free options available to them (like Begovich, Townsend and Gray this summer) and face work to extend contracts of some of the 8 who will out contract in the summer. If something could be done to keep the wages reasonable he may provide a solution for them in midfield. Newcastle have been approached by his agent but whilst they have no need for such a player although they fear losing Sean Logstaff in the summer. Juventus were quoting €10M for him in the summer - now they want his wages off the books. If they cannot find a club to pick the player up as a Free Agent, they could end up negotiating to buy him out of the rest of his contract and he could end up in a similar position to Jack Wilshere. Unlikely but Everton could bite.
Donny van de Beek (CM) Everton and Wolves provide options for a loan - his agent is also looking for other options and he has been offered through a third party to Barcelona and Juventus. Manchester United will now let him leave in the summer but the player wants out in January if possible and that may suit Juve. The player wants Real Madrid if possible. Manchester United may well block that and again hold another player hostage with his value likely to have halved from what they paid for him. They will want a sale not a loan. I suspect he will stay to the summer.
Angelo Fulgini (CM/ AM) Feyenoord had an offer rejected last summer. Southampton, Burnley, Fulham and Everton have looked at the player. Fulham offer a very good option.
Ross Barkley (AM/ CM) will be available for sale. Newcastle offered an option if they could not sign Willock. The thought is that Leeds, West Ham or Everton may offer a loan option. Burnley may offer a loan with an option to buy. Knuckle-dragging bonehead Chelsea want shot of.
Isco (AM) Everton has asked about a January loan. Seems extremely unlikely.
Jesse Lingard (AM) Needs to move on. Everton, Newcastle and West Ham may offer options. This will drag on until the summer when he will become a Free Agent.
Guus Til (AM) Spartak purchased the player from AZ after a significant return in terms of goals. Sadly he did not settle and the goals dried up. A loan back to the Eredivisie with Feyenoord has been very successful and attracted the attention of a number of clubs. Marcel Brands was very keen on taking the player to Everton to replace Gylfi Sigurdsson but the interest may have left with Brands. Wolves provide an interesting option as it is a position they would like to strengthen. Feyenoord and the player would like a permanent deal but the funds required would likely be too much of a stretch for them. West Ham are another side looking for an AM player, and although they are one of many clubs to have scouted the player, they have preferred options. Ajax have not declared an interest but they are fearful of losing Naci Unuvar and that could prompt them. The player has made no secret of his desire to move to Germany if he cannot stay at Feyenoord. It will be interesting to see what happens with what is a potentially significant talent. Without Brands attractibg the player will be difficult.
Emre Tezgel (S) 16 year old striker attracting the attention of Manchester City, Everton and Chelsea. There is a huge complication which means the clubs need to tread very carefully.
Sardar Azmoun (F) Out of contract in the summer and available as a Free Agent. Emerging as an option for Everton to replace either Calvert-Lewin or Richarlison if either were to leave. Prior interest of Leicester, Lazio, PSV, Liverpool and Marseille has gone - but he been playing very well for Zenit and that has also attracted the interest of Lyon, Milan and West Ham. Expect a move to Lyon as a Free Agent this summer.
Daniel Jebbison (S) Everton had an offer rejected in the summer but could return with another. Brighton and Union Berlin have a declared interest in the Canadian. Currently on loan at Burton Albion but seen as a very good prospect. Unclear if interest left with Brands.
Cyle Larin (S) Brighton are keen with West Ham and Everton enquiring after the availability of the Canadian. Seems a possibility.
Luka Jovic (S) there was the option to return to Eintract Frankfurt on a loan with an obligation to buy but it depended on selling Andre Silva and not replacing him - but they opted for the well thought of Rafael Borre. Milan have a sustained interest but have opted for a cheaper solution. Inter wanted to take him as cover but they have much preferred options but if they can offload Sanchez he becomes viable. Was offered to West Ham but nothing came of it. A third party enquired on behalf of Arsenal but come the end of the summer window there was no space for him - could return for him as a Lacazette replacement, and that would not be a surprise. Roma were offered him but the coach turned him down. Real Madrid will offer him in part exchange for others. Everton could be open to discussions, but I am not aware of any formal approach just yet. Slim chance for the summer. Without European football, no chance.

Players who might leave or interest has been shown in:
Jordan Pickford (G) has been recommended to Spurs.
Andy Lonergan (G) Out of contract in the summer.
Asmir Begovic (G) Out of contract in the summer.
Jonjoe Kenny (RB) Out of contract in the summer.
Lucas Digne (LWB) Not a happy bunny. Beck has spoken to a number of clubs about Digne and I guess there is an outside chance Juventus may bite as they have an issue with how Sandro has been performing. Atletico and Napoli may have some interest. The issue is that clubs will likely look for a loan with an option to buy as January is not the ideal time for transfers.
Yerry Mina (CB) Will be available at the right price. It will be difficult to find a buyer willing to pay a significant amount for him, but Fiorentina may offer an option as they look for a Nikola Milenkovic replacement. If Inter were to lose Bastoni, and they are hoping they don't, they might look to him. Milan knows that Kjaer will be moving on and provide a more viable option. Could potentially leave as early as January. Everton will look for €20M but may have to settle for far less.
Lewis Gibson (CB) No clear future at Everton.
Jarrad Braithwaite (CB) Out of contract in the summer.
Mason Holgate (CB) Will be available to raise much needed funds. Newcastle were previously interested.
Fabian Delph (CM) Out of contract in the summer.
Tom Davies (CM) is seen as an option for Crystal Palace if they are unable to secure the permanent signing of Conor Gallagher (which is most unlikely) . Davies is not being used too by the Everton coach and will need to consider his options once he returns from injury.
Allan (CM/ DM) The player has shared a desire to return to Italy and Everton are looking at options for midfield over the next two windows and have a couple of players in mind. The sale of Allen would depend on the price which is falling away and clubs accepting a player who will by then be 31. It might be tough to find a buyer.
Gyfli Sigurdsson (AM) Out of contract in the summer.
Cenk Tosun (S) Out of contract in the summer.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin (S) with Everton in need of adding a striker the chances of DCL being sold unless a very significant offer arises are small. However, Arsenal are still looking for a striker and interest remains. The Real Madrid coach has said he is one of the rare English players who he thinks would take to football on the continent - so there may be interest. Other clubs looking for a striker such as Spurs have other preferred options. Manchester United may also provide an option.
