Duncan Ferguson for me, get some identity back and the fans onboard, would not even rush out to get another outside Manager in for now.

Got the players there and more experienced now after a year under Carlo.

A win against Chelsea and two draws against utd and Arsenal with only a penalty shootout against Leicester is not bad going.

We need a short term fix and Dunc will certainly do that.

The club is in a similar situation to when mike walker was in charge, when he was sacked then big Joe came in and took the players back to basics we adopted the dogs of war attitude and battled our way to safety and an FA cup win!
Personally we are not good enough to out play teams with pure football so we need someone that can do that and Dunc is the most available candidate to see that through for the rest of the season!
