Yeah, thought it was an odd one. Nice to see that we lost £120k a week last season on a guy sitting in a safe house.

The investigation into whatever he was accused of and released on bail . I appreciate he hasn’t been charged yet but it’s strange if still under investigation that he’s been allowed to leave the country . That is why I suggested the case must have been dropped ; by either the police or CPS . The reference to court case was a figure of speech that would be familiar to the general public reader rather than persons aware of the process . Sorry if I suggested otherwise.
