Can't see them having much more to spend without selling first. I wouldn't sell him to utd unless the lad downs tool's for us, think they need to be brought down a peg or two for the way they've tried to turn his head. I would tell them to jog.

They weren’t prepared to pay what we wanted initially and even told us that we were unreasonable.

Now they come crawling back and still aren’t offering the price we originally wanted.

It is now a week before the season starts. I would tell them £80 million if they want him.

I’d take 50 + McTominay. Don’t want anyone in the squad that’s not 100% for the cause. Make Tarks and O’Brien our first choice. Use the rest to improve the squad.

I'd keep hold just from a PSR perspective.
If being reported we are within the PSR threshold then why turn that into a huge number that falls off our 3 year rolling in one big lump.
