Hi Ed’s has there been a change in the loan allowance, I’ve always believed it’s only two at any one time, with a maximum of four throughout the season, the obligation to buy loans don’t count within that system?
Thank you for you assistance in this as always.
{Ed002's Note - Your understanding is correct.}

So therefore we cannot sign any more players on loan during this window?
{Ed002's Note - One from the PL and others from elsewhere.}

Hi Tranmere, so Harrison is from the EFL and Lindstom from Europe, neither with an obligation to buy as I understand it.
So as for further straight loans one them would need to leave or sign permanently in the remaining days of this window or the January window before anyone else could come in on loan.
However a loan with an obligation to buy or as with Beto a straight signing with a deferred payment could be options.
We have had to pay £30m for Beto this year so funds are tight.
Or we sell players to generate funds, all before Friday
UTFT.

Cheers Ed,
How come Burnley had 4 at same time last year as pointed out a few weeks ago by a fellow poster.
1 X domestic and 3 international. Not of which were obligation to buys.
& Why are we constantly linked with loans if as you say we can't get anyone else in.
{Ed002's Note - Because three were not from the Premier League.}

Ah so you can actually have 4 in at a time? Not the only 2 at any given time that's stated and seems to be confusing everyone.
Thanks Ed for clarifying.

it was me the other week, again the rules are just quite hard to read
4 loans, 2 max from domestic (england)
hence why we're looking at Lindstrom/ Mangala abroad, Harrison/ Fofana home.

Were the 4 at Burnley all there at the same time? Or did they swap in January?
