I see Leicester have successfully appealed against their point deduction over a PSR charge.

Can of worms GB. Makes an absolute mockery of the rules, which Leicester obviously breached.

Breached the psr rules for 3 seasons whilst in the Premier League but because they got relegated and the accounts ended on June 30th 2023 they can't be charged there after? What utter bollocks.

Decent lawyers who found a loophole.

Funniest thing is Leicester apparently wanted sue Everton because they felt cheated and relegated ? ? ?. Hypocrisy at its best. If they hadn't been relegated they'd have probably got a points deduction. It's a farce!

Hey Ed can you explain how this has happened thanks.

{Ed002's Note - The Premier League charge included the year ending June 30, 2023 by which time Leicester were not a Premier League club. The Premier League should have realised this and I an sure they will look to amending the PSR rules. So, in theory they got off on a technicality.}
