Just wanna throw this out there
If We could buy lukaku for 20mill but the only way to raise that would be to sell bainsy, which way would you go?

Entirely hypothetical I'd go for lukaku but only if baines went abroad so I don't have to watch him every week on MOTD

Tough one blue to be honest, bainsey could and should be an everton legend if he stays, but if he wants to go as has been mentioned(not by him by the way) then yes i'd sell him.Lukaku is 20yrs old and will only get better hopefully wearing the blue of everton, whereas bainsey is 29 and at his peak now if you know what i'm trying to say, as i'm semi kettled on strongbow.

I think I would too, baines is 29 lukaku is 20, We could get 10 years out of him, while baines Prob Has 3-4 left

Obviously Lukaku is looking great so far. Now IF he continues to impress in this loan spell then I would say we should break the bank to buy him.

Players fall in love with Everton just as much as the fans, so given time, he might want to stay himself.
