Heard that distin has been pushing anelkas name forward to rm, great player but is he good enough for everton

Qualitywise probably but morally no, he is probably a good enough player to get into the squad and could do a job but I would not want someone like him at our club besides it would warn off any potential investors (if we have any)

No, he is not good enough and would be a totally pointless signing. Not only would he do nothing for us on the pitch and deprive a young and perhaps more deserving academy candidate the chance, but the controversy his signing would no doubt cause would only bring negativity to the club.

While people keep banging on about investors I will keep saying it because i'm sick of hearing investors this investors that degs until something formal come out about it I w keep saying it.

Shakey - aren't you usually the guy who, whenever there's the slightest of slight tenuous links regarding investment, regularly pipes up with 'does this mean we are getting taken over/getting investment' or 'anyone heard anything about any take overs/investment'?

I may be totally wrong here, and I apologise if I am, but I don't think it am, am I?

This was discussed last week. Nothing has changed since then. Anelka is a bad apple and would bring nothing to our side other than controversy. Let's put this to bed, once and for all. Not good enough for WBA and without disrespect to Albion who made the correct decision in sacking him, certainly not good enough for us. Let him rot!
