hi anybody tell me have we bought finch farm back yet as I notice they building players bedrooms and a mini stadium for young players be nice if we owned it instead of renting it .

Difference is after 100 years Everton FC either give it back or renegotiate, if Everton FC own it it's theirs until they decide they don't want it anymore.
