When Coleman and Bolasie return from injury - probably in the New Year - I've no doubt that they will boost the team and performances/ results can be expected to improve.
However, we have another dozen or so PL fixtures before their likely return and we cannot afford to keep on dropping points in the meantime.
If we're adrift at the bottom of the table, it could be too late by then.
I want a win against Watford, but right now I'd reluctantly settle for a 0-0 just to stop the rot.
I fear that another defeat would be met by a wave of numbness and a general resignation to our scary - but increasingly inevitable - fate.
Bloody hell - this is so depressing, especially after a Summer of high expectation!

Don’t think you will see them back in the first team until Feb so we can’t wait on that scenario.
0-0 would have been the best result yesterday i.e you don’t lose and keep a clean sheet.
A decision has to be made in strongest 11 then have options from the bench.
Cards must have rubbed his hands with glee seeing out CB pairing.
My team would be
GK Pickford - Robles on bench
RB - Kenny
CB - Keane - Jagielka on bench
CB - Holgate
LB - Baines
DM - Beni - Gana on Bench
CM - Davis - Rooney on Bench
CM - Schneiderlin - Sigurdsson on Bench
LW - Sandro - Mirallas on bench
RW - Vlasic - Lookman on bench
CF - DCL - Niasse on Bench.
