I see some on here are sayings Ramsey is too old, hmm seem to remember that from some when Andros was signed earlier this season.

Agree with the wage bit Dan mate but I would sooner a player like Andros at his age who gives his all for the shirt in every match, than those prima Donas on mega wages and just go through the motions.

Any kick back against signing Ramsey 8s aimed towards his fitness levels and the fact that he seems to get injured on a regular basis. Couple that with an extremely high wage, we're best steering clear.
You're right in a way, GB, Townsend has come in and hit the ground running for us. But for every Townsend, there's a few Delph's lurking in the shadows, ready to take a wage even though they spend most of their time in the physio department!

Have we not learned from James. Guy is 31 would want a minimum 2 year contract. Would rather have Longstaff, younger and would cost less in wages.
But surely priority has to be a right back, can’t keep playing centre halves there. It doesn’t work.

If we signed Ramsey I suspect we would do so believing we were signing the guy that played for Arsenal and not the guy who hadn't played that much for Juve.
