Not sure who is to blame for the position we find ourselves in, there is enough blame to share around the whole organization.
What worries me is that we have a set of players that just can't do the fundamentals well. The passing is atrocious, we constantly lose possession and the player with the ball has no idea what to do with it.
Our defense is non existent for long spells of the game and it is not only the top teams who capitalize on this but teams like Watford and Villa.
Our attack is poor with DCL injured and Rafa has no answer but Rondon who is a Championship player at best.
It's a good job that we picked up some points at the beginning of the season because we have a lot of difficult games in December.
The good teams have players who are aware of the tactics and what their specific role in the team is and is instilled into the youngsters and is consistent through the various age groups right up to the first team.
I am not sure if our players have any idea of the tactics or their role in a game unless it is to sit back and hope that the other team fail to score.
I was hoping that Rafa would sort this problem out and he may well do so if given time but I have not seen any evidence that he can successfully do that and the picture right now is pretty grim.

{Ed025's Note - pretty grim is an understatement mike, we are up that foul smelling creek without a paddle mate..

You are right Ed025 mate. I have been watching Everton for 76 years during which we had two managers in Howard and David were the players knew what their role was and played like a team. If they had injuries the reserve player knew what was expected of him and might not have been as good as the injured player but became part of the team with a known set of objections and tactics. Our lot seem to have not idea that this is a team game and play more like eleven individuals with little co-ordination between each other.

{Ed025's Note - i dont know whether its just me or what mike but a lot of them just dont seem arsed, when we had the dogs of war yes they were limited but they fought tooth and nail every week, i can forgive a lack of talent mate but not lack of effort or pride in wearing the shirt..

How many managers have we had since Moyes, none of them have done anything they all carnt be wrong. It’s the team if you ask me.

{Ed025's Note - its the spider and the fly syndrome penysarn, the board appoint the DOF, he gets the manager and the players, the manager picks the players, the players then fail to perform....perhaps they,ll die..
