And to think people think having dcl back will be better it will make no difference . That bunch of pathetic excuse of footballers on the pitch are the issue we have they are not good enough and never will be. Are board needs a clear out constantly making the wrong decisions and look wer we are 500 m spent an in relegation battle. Sick of it now this club will never compete at a high level we are awful.

Yeah of course! Not having the only form striker who can score 20 goals a season isn't at all our problem. Go stick your head in the freezer and give it a shake la for petes sake, some of us have to read this tosh.

You don't have to read it but having done so, neither is there a reason to insult one another.

We played well start of the season, whether that's the new manager syndrome or that we had fully fit squad, I'm not sure, but, injuries have played a big part in our demise and that then dents the confidence. Rafa I'd keep, we need stability in the management side, it's a marathon not a sprint, Bill I think is unfairly blamed everytime we struggle, brands has yet to prove himself, he's definitely hit and miss. But let's get our best team fit and then see how we go!

{Ed025's Note - its not all rafas fault tomtom but i dont think hes blameless either mate..

Brownshoes if you think dcl is gona make it all better your the one who needs to stick your head inna freezer. Ye he can score goals but he isn't gona stop us conceding the way we are. The team is a mess relegation battle is on are hands. Arsenal next they will turn us over.

No he's not Ed he's come into a terrible squad and been unlucky with injuries so you could say this was almost inevitable. But his tactics formations and subs blow my mind sometimes. Can only assume there are reasons behind it we don't know about.

Something has to change. We've changed manager so many times it's obviously not the answer. The big question is what is the answer?

{Ed025's Note - i wish i knew chris, but something has to change mate and soon, or we will find ourselves in a relegation battle and i dont think this team has the balls to fight its way out..

Managers manage their resources on the basis of decisions made by the executive to create a structure to supply those resources. CEO's responsibility afforded by the board of directors headed by a Chairman. But of course our Chairman has little or no influence. If he is non executive, wtf is he Chairman. This is no longer (hasn't been for sometime)
a heart over head situation.
