Surely the point of a DOF is that he instils an ethos and playing style at the club so in the likely event that a manager is sacked the transition is smooth.

The fact he wasn't allowed to do this by all accounts says the problems lay way higher up in the club.

With the planned protests tomorrow asking for change what do fans actually want?
