Hey Hugo mate just seen your post on off limits, I only think we are Lucky to have Mr Moshiri as owner of our Club he is here for the duration and as far I can see a Godsend to what we had before, as for Rafa he has to be a fair crack of the whip we can't be changing managers every five minutes, only my opinion mate as with all posts on here all individual opinions, it makes this such e good site for us lond suffering fans mate,

Moshiri needs to leave the footballing decisions to his footballing staff GB. II that is now Rafa we will have to give him time but his insistence on playing Rondon makes me nervous. This DOF thing did not seem to work at our club, Moshiri, DOF and the manager seem to be at odds all of the time. You can only have one boss and that should be the manager IMHO.

Hey GB. Appreciate the response mate. I’d love some of your optimism! I appreciate that chopping and changing managers all the time isn't good for the club, but I think admitting that Rafa has been a bad one and to cut our losses is even worse. The table doesn't lie, neither does our worst home derby-defeat in years, worst run in 22 years and statistically being the 4th worst manager in our history. Is Moshiri a Godsend, or is his money?

Probably the cash and his commitment to Everton, I just do not want to go the road sacking Rafa an I still think not many previous managers woul have done any better, having said the Rondon situation is strange though mate.

I must be one of the only fans that think Rafa’s been dealt a very bad hand. The worse run in 22 years because of the paper thin sqaud he’s been left with without being able to sign sqaud players? Or the worse home derby result cause we’ve had a rubbish few months regarding key injuries who are slowly coming back but are hardly match fit but are having to anyway? 4th worse manager ever, what after 4 months? Spending all his 1.7m pounds. I understand that we can’t keep losing and losing otherwise he really will eventually have to be sacked but after hardly being able to do anything since he’s been here I still think it’s premature to point the finger at him.
With all that being said Rondon was obviously a huge error of judgement…. but not as an expensive one as the many before him. The walkout tonight is a joke and is the only reason I’m watching it at home on the box.

We will literally never know if any manager would do better. What I can tell you is he is a stubborn, hasbeen manager who’s ideas don't fit in to modern football, on top of everything else I’ve said. Love it or hate it, this is football in 2021. He’s still in 2005.
