Why has the waiter not been sacked yet? I was never against him for his past links, I was against him for his football. He is miles worse than big Sam who at least could organise a defence. Rafa plays the worst football ever and couldn't organise a gathering in a pub.

He has taken practically the same team as Carlo and made it 10 times worse and is basically trying to move digne on when he is one of our best players (yes I appreciate he hasn't been at his best his season) . He has history for this too. Caused issues with ronaldo at Madrid, took the best team in the world and destroyed them in 6 months (inter) .

The way we are going Rafa will get us relegated. No way there are 3 teams worse than us at the minute.

Everyone keeps saying this isn't rafas fault. It's the same squad as last year pretty much. How can he justify the drop off? Yes we all know the squad is terrible and that isn't his fault but he knew the tools he had when he accepted the role and he is doing worse than Sam, koeman, silva and Carlo.

Surely the fans suggesting he needs time must of had enough now? Everyone wanted rid of Mina 12 months ago and now we talk about him like he is the worlds best centre back because he has missed games. He misses games every season that's nothing new!
I knew after the first 8 games we wouldn't keep it up and it was because we had a lucky start to the season but the drop off has been alarming. You can see on the touch line he has no clue what to do. His answer, get rid of the best full back we have had since baines!

Anyway rant over could go on forever about this.

I don't think they are going to fire him just yet, Rl, especially after sacrificing Brands last week. I'm not saying that's right just that I don't see FM pulling the trigger on this one.
We have missed Mina this season, strangely enough. Before the Arsenal game, we had won 54% of the games he played and this drops considerably when he is out injured. He's not the best CB in the world but, this season, he has been one of our better CB's.
I think the Digne situation will be resolved and he will be brought back in. If he has been disruptive or shown a bad attitude then I have no problem with the player being disciplined, we need everyone of them pulling up trees not just going through the motions.
Rafa isn't to blame for the clubs problems, they have evidently been there for a long time. From top to bottom of the club, there is something quite not right but how do we move on from this?
The buck stops with the manager, however, and he doesn't seem to do himself any favours. We can voice our displeasure at the tactics, team selection, substitutes and lack of youth players getting game time. These are the things he has control over and he will live or die by these decisions.
The players shouldn't be given a free pass in all of this. They should be busting a gut in every game, not just at home when they have the crowd behind them. Bottle jobs the majority of them, not good enough to wear the shirt. As fans, we will forgive them if they are putting in the effort and show a level of commitment but this happens once in a blue moon.
At this moment in time, and forgetting the work being done on the new stadium, we have a sh*t owner, sh*t manager and sh*t players.

Entirely agree with all of those comments. Somebody said they wouldn't have Potter as a manager . I don't think he would come anyway as his team play decent football. They have only lost 3 games this season. Let's be honest about this, who is out there to take over and keep us in the premiership?

Whilst I don't think Moshiri is, in anyway free from blame, I can't see us moving on until Kenwright steps away from the club.

Ever since Moshiri came in there has been confusion and tension regarding who controls what. Numerous agents have spoken about how convoluted negotiations are with the club, and how often things need to be repeated with different figures within the organization. Kenwright publicly backing Moshiri into a corner over Benitez is further evidence of that.

I know a lot of us, myself included, are not big fans of Rafa, but ditching him now, without addressing the deeper issues that led us to this point, won't help us.

We are in a very deep hole at the moment. Superficial changes of personnel are not going to make the slightest bit of difference. The problems are structural and need to be addressed accordingly.

JohnAnt, I could be totally wrong but I don't believe that BK has as much influence as we think. Maybe that has changed a little since MB resigned but I think FM, as the owner, is ultimately in charge. I think the direction of the club in the last 5 years goes someway to proving this. When BK was in charge, we all knew the workings of the club. FM comes in and made sweeping changes and now look at us. The DoF role hasn't helped us in the way they seemed to think it would. Money has ruined our club, along with some terrible transfer decisions. The entire club, from owner to manager to players, really need to start pulling in the same direction and show us fans a bit of desire, commitment and a bit of fight.

after hearing a board member wants rooney I think we should get rid of the board before the manager, I think rafa knows how bad backroom staff are.

Mike Parry (the share holder) is a true blue. But he is a bit of a loon.
