Wow some letter re the board etc and a further £100 million pumped into our Club for Bramley and transfers, Mr Moshiri thank you what commitment.

{Ed025's Note - thank you for putting us in £100m more debt and taking advice from selfish egotistical wasters like kai joorabchien..

ED I think he has created and bought more shares in the club and the proceeds can go towards reducing our debt or we have made even more losses in the year 20/ 21 so he has to put it in due to FFP

I agree though that he has to put it in because he, and his advisors have made such a mess but no apologies from him there.

{Ed025's Note - but its more unsustainable debt bw, like borrowing money from a loan shark mate..

Hey Ed mate Mr Moshiri has increased his ownership share to 94,1% surely that’s good news.

{Ed025's Note - im not so sure GB, total control for a guy who has made some massive mistakes scares me mate, especially if he is still taking advice from people who have already shafted us..

He effectively had total control anyway. His share has probably only gone up marginally. If he sells he gets what the market would valuee the club at but we, the club, would still owe money to his holding company in Guernsey unless he forgives the debt. Hopefully this amount is slightly reduced by this so it is better for us

I'm not sure why having Moshiri in total control of our club can be seen as good based on his performance so far.

{Ed025's Note - im with you mate..

That was always his aim Ed mate surely to own Everton with as many shares as he could, whatever happens I think we would have disappeared down the leagues without his commitment, only my opinion though.

{Ed025's Note - i can see the logic GB i just dont trust his judgement mate..

He may have money and the knowledge of how to make more. He might have all the shares in our club and end up destroying us, but one thing he will never have or buy, is the heart and soul of an Evertonian. What will be will be. We will forever be blue and proud of it.

Converting a loan, which is a debt, to equity i. e. buying shares in a company is therefore no longer a debt.

Some fans on here wanted the owner and board to communicate more with the fan base. When they do, they get ripped to pieces. Are we the most ungrateful, self-entitled fans in the premier League?

That's the way I interpret it too Fancy. And bluepotato. very good point, and yes we absolutely are as far as I'm concerned (I'd also add "embarrassingly impatient" to your description of us as a fanbase ?)

? I'd go along with that addition, TD. Think we should change the club motto to 'nothing will ever satisfy'

Ed 025 Something tells me that you wanted to use a different word instead of 'wasters'

{Ed025's Note - unfortunately its not allowed BT.. :)
