We may not want Vitor but he clearly wants the job and is fighting for it. Now I don't want him either but he is at least giving everything to try and get it. I hope the manager we do get has the same will to want the job as him and not end up with someone who is looking for a big payday.

The fans of this once great club are doing more damage to it than any manager or owner with the bitterness and spitefulness it throws at anyone related to the club. It starts with a few players, mainly homegrown ones, then moves on to the next player having a confidence dip. After that it's soon the managers fault, then Bill and now we're moving to Moshiri.

Moshiri has made huge mistakes, first of all buying us. After that it is giving these fans ambition beyond what it can deliver. It may be able to after we move to a new stadium and our owner stops taking advice from these leeches but unless we show the players and whoever the manager is, the same 90 minutes of support that was there against Villa and not the stupid idiotic stuff afterwards, we will no longer be in the Premier League. That will be the fans fault and no one else's.

So it's up to you blues. Support your team and get behind club before it's too late or carry with these pointless protests, keep dragging our great name through the mud and sell a vision of what Everton is right now. A thug infested, hostile embarrassment that no-one in their right mind would join. Or the club I can just about remember that was the epitome of is written on it's illustrious badge. And that included the owner, Manager, Players and most importantly, it's fans.

4 paragraphs there BJU, some of them I see your point and agree, others I don’t. The last paragraph however I agree with WHOLEHEARTEDLY.
I just want a manager who can bring this all together whilst having a bit about them tactics wise, not all blood and thunder, and not all tactics, tactics, tactics.
Hopefully we get this soon be right ?.

First of all why was it a mistake buying everton? If they appointed the right manager and DOF in the first place we wouldn't be in this position . also it was the managers fault and it is also bills fault and FM fault. Who else's fault could it be? O yes it's the fans fault. Get a grip mate.

These fans are not helping the situation. Hypocrites. They've blamed the last 6amagers and 2 DOFs, now they blaming the board but players are sitting in their ivory towers getting ready big bucks dnd nothing.

Protests should have been at finch farm, signs saying more effort, fight for the badge, etc.

Of moshiri goes he'll bankrupt us. We owe him 500 mil in loans then he spent 500 mil in stadium guarantees and 500 mil in transfers so you can't say he hasn't spent money.

Make no mistake, Pereira will be offered more money than he has ever been offered before to take the Everton job. Of course he wants it and is willing to prostrate himself on Sky to help ensure it happens.

We used to be a club that when the chips were down the fans would back still back the players. Be honest with yourselves, how often does that happen. Instead now we send planes over, run onto pitches to confront players and managers.

What do think that does?

What does it achieve?

I bet those players leave the pitch just looking forward to the next game. I bet they can't wait to get abuse from their own.

So no, I can hostely say I'm not part of the problem. If you do that at the game, then yes you are a huge part of the problem.

As for the protest. Writing our own walls telling who we do and don't want is disgraceful. Also, half the fans don't even want Lampard. What happens then? Another paint job wanting Rooney? Then the other don't want him, so we just keep going? The old lady will look brand spanking new by the time we get him in.

The ones leaving death threats at Benitezs House? Not a problem for this club? It's disgraceful but hey Brett they're real supporters are they? Fine you associate yourself with them. Throwing bottles, coins at players. Real supporters. Yeah right.

So take at look at yourselves and get a grip. To coin a phrase.

We're demanding nil satis nisi optimum but most of our fans can't even live up to the badge.

{Ed0666's Note - I’m surprised they spelt lampard right

I agree, we should all be happy clappers and not voice our disagreements with the decisions the club has made at all. We should stay quiet and hope things get better.

Swan, there are ways and means for doing something. Part of me will laugh when we go bankrupt like Bury because the fans have drove moshiri away.

Whatever you think of him and the mistakes he's made, we are stuck with him and his huge debt we owe.

Do your moaning on forums such as this, the game is where you back your football team against the World. Some of these other cultures despise losing face, they see it as a weakness.

DFS you see the fans protesting as losing face. Do you not see the total mis management of the club as losing face?

They are just trying to have their voices and opinions heard. I can't fathom why people are criticising people protesting. It's what countries like our have been built on over centuries and stopped us turning out like China or Russia.

You and me both Ed. Ah its madness these days. I am starting to lose love for it all. I used to love Saturday for the banter, singing about the opposition and cheering our own, having a bevy afterwards and talking about the game.

Its just anger these days. What you see on twitter and Facebook spills into the game now.
