Coleman looks like he needs a rest and as much as we all like Kenny (local lad) he looks uncomfortable on the left side, unfortunately this experiment has failed.
The other stand out problem is DCL he looks half the player he was and he is playing more like their centre back as most time when he wins a header it goes to their players, maybe it's time to bring him on from the bench, with Gray coming back I can't see him retaining his position in the team
So maybe it's time to play Branthwaite ( left footer, loads of pace ) in place of Kenny and Patterson in place of Coleman
Anyway Frank is the main man, he gives his honest assessments after the game, he and his managerial team will be deep in thoughts this week
I have every confidence he will get us on a winning streak shortly as Frank genuinely gets to know to true values of his players.

Surely Mykolenko should play left back because he’s a left back?

As for Coleman, don’t think he needs a rest, he needs removing from the club.

Coleman has been incredible over the years but should be a back up now. What we really need is a vocal leader on the pitch as well as playing players in their natural positions.

It’s about time Patterson got a game. Paid a lot of money for two full backs so play them.

Agree Woburn. I'd start both full backs. At Southampton easily beaten in the air. That second one was a poor one to concede.
Knowing our luck, with situation in Ukraine Mykolenko will probably get called up for national service!

It's got to be a middle 3 against city as we haven't strong enough pair to compete

Pickford
Kenny Holgate Branthwaite Myko
Doucoure Alan VDB
Gordon DCL Richy

All players can put shift in, Kenny has better recovery pace then Coleman, also Gordon and Richy prepared to track back.
