How far do they trace the money back? If USM is now asset frozen, will authorities finally start to follow the bread crumbs to justify complete seizure of funds? Will FMs position become uncomfortable? Will we perhaps have a sale in the near future?
Depends how mucky the government is prepared to get but this could be big trouble for us.

If the money is dirty which we all know it likely is then I’d rather both Moshiri and Usniniv left.
Things are bigger than EFC
I knew as soon as those paradise papers were leaked in 2017 that we had a dodgy financial set up
Moshiri is chairman of Usmanov company so his income will take a huge hit and ability to spend
I just hope the stadium is safe -what a mess.

why would Mohsiri position become uncomfortable?
what breadcrumbs have the got to follow they have frozen Usmanovs russian business accounts in the EU and at the time of typing this i am unsure if the UK have followed suit.
if they can not make their next sponsorship payment then they could be in breach of contract and we could find another sponsor something Moshiri probably won't do due to his friendship.
the freeze on his assets will not be forever.
Usmanov is not listed as being on our board his company sponsor certain parts of the club so are you saying every owner of a company in Russia that sponsors a club be that shirt, sleeve, training ground ect should be fully investigated and if so what for?

I don’t care about the stadium or Usmanov, there are things happening in Ukraine that’s is bigger than football, now I love watching Everton, win, lose or draw but I think we should all be petitioning NATO to go and help the Ukrainian people against Putin, even the Russian people don’t want a war.

The paradise papers suggest that a Moshri’s money comes directly from usmanov - a lot was given as a gift.

I think it’s naive to think usmanov is just a sponsor - I would think he is paying a huge chunk towards the transfers, wages and stadium

When you see what’s going on in Ukraine I would rather be in league 2 than be associated with anyone who benefits from Putin.

Yes I also read a few years ago the 200 mil used to buy us was the 200 mil fee he received when he sold his stake in Arsenal, shares I read he was gifted from his friend as a bonus for his work with USM? So though I'm not making any direct claims, it's definitely something in the public eye that connects the money used to buy us with his money, So hence why I said "breadcrumbs", great big loaf sized ones.
And this week I read an interesting point I'd never read before: Putins money is given out to his trusted supporters to take abroad and invest. And apparently the claim is that lots of these Oligarchs cash is actually Putins cash. Hence why they keep their gobs shut and stand shoulder to shoulder with their leader. It stinks but likely too strong for our leaders?

Govt will have to be very careful here, given the amount of funding they’ve received in the past.
On another point if NATO do “step in” then we might have no football grounds in our country. We are dealing with a nutcase here so have to be very careful. Nobody wants a world war.

Not just this Government Woburn. A certain PM left office considerably richer. Adding insult to injury, recently knighted, should be in the Hague.
