Well if mane was onside then, like I've previously said, I still do not understand what offside is anymore. I am truly dumbfounded. Also the way they cried a penalty for salah? Was that worse than the Gordon shout? What a joke our game is.

{Ed0666's Note - The defender apprehended Salah by grabbing hold of his neck to stop him advancing how is that not a penalty? The difference is we won’t be writing to UEFA to replay the game and ban the defender for 3 lifetimes.

Well now that is the debate that pains me. Your version of offside and VAR's version of offside and everyone else's version of offside seems to differ massively. I remember when it was feet but now it depends on how they can bend the lines.

That wasn't offside, I agree with ed there. I also agree that it should have been a penalty. You cannot physically stop a play with your hand or forearm and it was clearly intentional contact. However my quest to Ed666 is should that be a penalty and the second incident on Gordon not be? :) . Definately a penalty on Gordon, he brought him down with his arm.

{Ed0666's Note - mate klopps just signed a 2 year extension I don’t care if Matip anally penetrated Gordon and didn’t make him breakfast in the morning as it doesn’t mean anything to me anymore.
