Linked with everyone, , the world, his wife and his dog, and throw in the dog fleas while we're at it! Now I appreciate things take time and none of know what goes on behind the scenes but can anyone, hand on heart believe we'll have a new forward by Saturday? . This issue has been 3 weeks and still unresolved, it's frustrating that we might have to choose between someone who couldn't hit a dead cat with a baseball bat and someone who's head has possibly been turned by the bright lights of London . So frustrating,!

me personally i would like him to stay think he will improve but if he wants to join chelsea then you can't blame him bigger team champions league football will he get game time there who knows but if we do sell him the money needs to be reinvested carefully i.e forward and another winger if possible.

Brassington normally I would agree with you, we shouldn't rush these things, but I truly believe this is an exception, we should have at the very least used a loan spot on a striker rather than a LB. We could very well start the season with 0 points from 3 games which will be very hard to come back from, with a striker I don't think we would have lost either of our first 2 games.

We need forward by the end of the transfer window having one for Saturday would be nice but it isn't the end of the world. I'm sure the KT and FL are trying their best to bring some one in but these things take time. I would rather they did proper due diligence to get the right player than just buy anyone for the sake of appeasing a few worried fans. Management trying to please the fans got us into this mess in the first place and its not going to get us out.

That is my point Brassington. 'Oh look Ricky has gone', now then what should we do, let's loan out two strikers. Oh crap DCL out for six weeks. Right then let's look for another striker. That sound like planning or due dilligence. I take Southern Toffee and EFCONE's view.

Or perhaps the club have their targets but still have to move players on before they can commit. So far it’s just paper talk. Pretty sure Frank knows who he wants, just have to be patient.
