Didn't see that coming, Wolves were a shambles. But fair play to Craig Dawson who has drawn level with DCL as our second top scorer in the league this season.

Dom did well to get into positions to score tonight. Two goals should have been his but Dawson got in the way. Would like to see him and Broja play together. Doucs is just a waste these days. He stopped being prem quality last season.

Still getting over the fact our best player is Young. Wish the others would step up and start playing like they want to stay in the prem.

Doms one on one with Sa and his lack of desire to get ahead of Dawson shows just where he is as a striker.
Broja showed more in his cameo than DCl has done in the last 11 games.
I can see the derby being Doms last start for us this season if he fails to score.

If Dom had 100 1v1’s against someone like Sa, how many do you think he’d score? See Lukaku I would bet at least 85, Naismith 75, Kone 50, Tosun 30, Rondon 25, with DCL, I’d actually be amazed if he scored 10. His technique of gently rolling the ball into the goalkeepers leg, is hilarious to watch honestly. Probably the worst finisher out of any prem club’s starting and backup strikers.

That’s generous on Kone, Tosun and Rondon - I’d say all around 10. Dom is better than them but his return would not be that much higher.

Dom got ahead of Dawson for both the goals. If your going to slag the lad off at least get it right.

He did and was in the box the most I have seen him, where he should be every game.

Smit666 he was ahead/ on his shoulder for both 'his' goals. Broja does look good but that side is not the side our chicken rubbish master tactician will put out against the RS.

Think DCL is really bad when has any length of time to think, a lot of strikers actually are. Nunez for example. When there is no time and its reactive e. g. a header or any sort of cross he's better, probs why he did well under Ancelotti + obviously better delivery. Not sure he'll ever be a competent finisher 1 on 1 but did think he was exceptional last night and when gets a goal, might change his confidence.
