Think it depends on the deal, Twickenham is supposedly 100m but Man City leave it blank til they know how much it needs to be to cover ffp.
Doubt we're getting more than 60m.

As wblue said, 2 at a time, 4 in a season is domestic only. FIFA/ uefa rule is currently down to 7 in and 7 out, and reducing to 6 in the next year or 2.
Forest had 5 loans with no obligations in matchday squad Vs us last season.

52m is only a release clause, not the bid. Probably still cost half that though which is a lot to risk. Not sure about work permits for teenage Brazilians these days either.

People still stuck on getting that number of loanees allowed wrong? That's definitely not the problem here. Wish it would happen but not a chance spuds help us out like this.
