Batshuayi going to. wait for it. Crystal Palace?!?!? Apparently ssn say he's agreed terms.
1.) 31 Jan 2019 21:59:05
Good luck to the lad. He certainly wasn't going to be the answer to our prayers.
2.) 31 Jan 2019 22:05:34
Apparently rejected and he's not happy how can we keep a player who wants to move and is upset for not getting the move I'd love to keep him and it is the last hour so no way we get a replacement but feel for the club and player when something like this happens.
3.) 31 Jan 2019 22:06:06
Never thought he was either Smit, just shocked if you believe he's demanding £160k pw.
4.) 31 Jan 2019 22:25:39
looks like lee1878 highjacked the wrong post lol.
5.) 31 Jan 2019 22:32:59
Sorry guys my reply was about gana not batshuayi, can't believe palace are paying £160k a week.
6.) 31 Jan 2019 22:51:02
NP Lee. They may not be paying him that much but that's what he was demanding from from West Ham and other interested parties.
12 Jan 2019 10:02:22
Just a thought, and maybe Ed002 will blow it out of the water but here goes, what if we signed Zouma on a permanent deal this window, would that be a way of putting us back in the race to get Batshuayi here on loan? Thanks in advance :-)
{Ed002's Note - You are living in a fantasy world I am afraid BigH.}
1.) 12 Jan 2019 10:26:26
I had a feeling you'd say something along those lines lol NP Ed. Thanks anyway.
2.) 12 Jan 2019 17:32:38
It’s the plane big h, it’s the plane.
3.) 12 Jan 2019 23:33:51
We would be better going for Batshuayi permanent as Chelsea may well want to keep Zouma and clearly don't want Bats.
4.) 13 Jan 2019 00:10:38
Zouma not good enough.
11 Jan 2019 00:25:46
There has been some talk about him on here and if SSN are to be believed we are now seriously interested in bringing in Batshuayi on a permanent deal. Given what Brands said I will believe it if and when it happens.
1.) 11 Jan 2019 10:53:34
Would be a good signing BigH mate, rags are saying we have to offload first hmmm.
{Ed002's Note - It would be complex given he is registered to Valencia and right now they are discussing him with two other sides about taking him on loan for the rest of the season.}
09 Jan 2019 15:46:36
Vincent Aboubakar of Porto is touted as being worth a punt to get us a few goals. He is quick and apparently quite a deadly finisher when given an opportunity. Asking price is about £18m according to a piece on HITC.
1.) 10 Jan 2019 19:38:57
Wouldn't touch HITC with a barge pole, their stories are all guesses
Chances are that article is saying that a reporter of theirs thinks we should sign him, rather than us having any actual interest.
07 Jan 2019 12:49:05
Victor Anichebe has apparently said he'll come back and play for us FOR FREE! Any takers?
1.) 07 Jan 2019 13:17:10
no thanks, but can he be worse than what we have lol.
2.) 07 Jan 2019 13:55:37
If it means someone else losing their spot then I'd have to say no. If not get him in for training and see if he's improved any and is fit enough, then play it by ear.
3.) 08 Jan 2019 02:00:12

Can whoever is editing today tell me why some of my replies fail to appear?
{Ed025's Note - i have only just come on mate and the site seems to be playing up a bit, i will try to find out why..
1.) 02 Feb 2019 13:51:58
Thanks Ed. I know I can get slightly carried away once in a while when idiots wind me up but I'm never overly offensive.
{Ed025's Note - no problem mate..
2.) 02 Feb 2019 14:18:06
There's only a couple of them now these days BigH mate.
01 Feb 2019 14:58:16
Wolves are very dangerous, both in real life and the Football Club this season in the Premier League. They have some pace about them and some very skillful players who can cause teams problems. Tomorrow will be a tough game for us no doubt, but if we keep the errors to a minimum I think we should have enough to get the 3 points.
1.) 01 Feb 2019 15:53:49
They are BigH mate, but I think also we can win it.
31 Jan 2019 09:03:09
Big day today in this winter's final round of the 'will we? / won't we? ' transfer circus. There will be lots of speculation from fans and so-called experts alike. And it may be hectic or it may be extremely quiet, you just never know. One thing is certain though, there's no pleasing everyone and so some fans will be happy and others not so much with the final outcome later this evening.
1.) 31 Jan 2019 10:08:38
Good post BigH day off today and I'm not even interested in the transfer deadline day circus, would rather wait till the summer.
2.) 31 Jan 2019 14:09:38
The Club have said over and over again no funds for incomings.
3.) 31 Jan 2019 15:31:23
will be interesting just to see if we can sell anyone that's no longer required.
4.) 31 Jan 2019 17:51:59
Bet a few players had squeaky bums today hoping we don't sell them. I mean where else can you get a Don't play and we still pay" deal nowadays lol
Let's see what summer brings.
30 Jan 2019 22:20:48
A bit of good news imo. Although B/ Mouth beat Chelsea 4-0 which puts them level on points with us their G/ Diff is still -5. Watford lost 2-1 after leading at Spurs so they stay below us on G/ Diff. And Leicester failed to overtake us after holding our neighbours to a 1-1 draw. So now if we beat Wolves on Saturday (far from easy) we move back into no7 :-)
{Ed025's Note - you have been listening to smit too much BigH.. :)
1.) 30 Jan 2019 22:42:45
The results have been kind to us. We do need to beat wolves though to give us a bit of breathing space to then draw with city 😉.
2.) 31 Jan 2019 06:58:08
Beating Wolves will be very difficult. They are the best newly promoted team I have seen since Swansea a few years back. They play good football and break with pace. We will need to be at our best, which I’ve not seen since Burnley.
{Ed025's Note - they are a good side ace..
3.) 31 Jan 2019 08:37:25
I agree Toffee Ace, they are dangerous so I'm taking nothing for granted. I always try to think positive Ed025 but admit Smit's up-beat attitude helps when I'm struggling to. Anyway I always look at the teams around us esp who/ when they are playing and hope they lose lol.
4.) 31 Jan 2019 10:59:17
This is like one of those horse races where one horse edges in front then another catches it and another behind that one suddenly makes a spurt forward. then the one that was in front has another go. I think its going to be down to the strongest squad and a few decisions from referees. We can achieve 7th for sure but we need some discipline and no more sending offs/ bans from bookings. It should be interesting and exciting. something that we never had last season! Thank you Everton and Marco Silva. To me this is a 1000 times better.
5.) 31 Jan 2019 11:55:19
Great analogy degsyp. We are more than capable of it if we can reproduce our early season form, but it is as you say going to be close.
6.) 31 Jan 2019 13:59:46
The other thing to consider is newly promoted teams are an unknown for the first half but pretty much sussed out in the second half so Wolves might have a poorer end to the season than how they started.
7.) 31 Jan 2019 14:11:27
Problem is our stable is top heavy with Donkeys.
8.) 31 Jan 2019 18:19:23
Wolves appear to be getting better instead of tailing off.
{Ed025's Note - i think so too DFS..
9.) 31 Jan 2019 19:48:18
If we can beat wolves it might knock the wind out of their sails.
I can see west ham dropping off towards the end of the season.
Same with Bournemouth, question is, can Watford sustain their form for the whole season.
Personally I see the fight for 7th between us, Leicester and wolves.
30 Jan 2019 10:41:31
Last nights game turned out okay in the end despite Digne getting his marching orders, and although it wasn't overly exciting I did like the way we pressed and pressured them when we didn't have possession. You can tell why they are at the bottom of the league, as apart from Mooy and maybe 2 others they offered very little. Yeah, they got a couple of decent saves out of Pickford but they never really looked like scoring a goal. A few people have moaned about Gomez and Siggs lack of effort and I kind of agree. Maybe they should be dropped/ rested for a couple of games.
1.) 30 Jan 2019 15:14:11
Siggi actually won 7 tackles last night, the most in the team. However that was more than his previous 5 added together. Maybe the cup defeat has been a wake up call for the players and manager as there seemed a lot more urgency last night.
{Ed025's Note - a bit more urgency rick but still very pedestrian compared to the better teams, our players dont seem to ever want to beat a man and its all about passing which is either negative or breaks down very easily, i think we are awful to watch compared with the start we made mate and are playing like we are scared to make a mistake and have very little confidence..
2.) 30 Jan 2019 15:38:06
Nice to get the 3pts, but let's be honest, it was rubbish.
3.) 30 Jan 2019 16:06:35
I agree ed, we are very good at putting 12 passes together and ending up back where we started. city and the reds do that too but then put in a killer pass that causes havoc.
{Ed025's Note - thats what im saying rick, a lot of backward and sideways stuff but no real cutting edge mate..
4.) 30 Jan 2019 16:46:03
As has been said many times before ricktee it's a game of opinions, and whilst I respect yours Siggs has been a virtual passenger at times for weeks now, and Gomez hasn't been much better either. So he may have made a massive 7 tackles, big whoop, isn't that part of his job as a footballer? What about the countless times he doesn't tackle and hopes someone else will? I like him. He can be a great player. He just seems to be missing something lately, and that's down to the general lethargy around the place that needs sorting out pronto. As someone else said they seem scared of making mistakes, so maybe the club Psychologist/ s need to start earning their wedge.
{Ed025's Note - hes a bit of a luxury player for me BigH, fine in a side thats playing well and with grafters around him, but he is struggling at the moment and there is not a lot around him to facilitate that mate..
5.) 30 Jan 2019 17:12:37
As others have said we are missing a leader. A general. Even if Big Dunc got of his a** once in a while and bawled at a few of them it might gee some of them up. Or if Silva showed half the passion from the sidelines that Klippity does it may make a difference. The only one who seems to do any shouting imo is Pickford, and that's often after he's made an error lol.
6.) 30 Jan 2019 17:41:00
Remember when we said couldn't have Siggy and Rooney on the same pitch. Fast forward (not so fast) to Siggy and Gomez. Gomes is not the same player that started, good job he is on loan.
{Ed025's Note - i think hes a good player DFS, but he has lost his way recently..
7.) 30 Jan 2019 18:47:50
Maybe it's sigs.
8.) 30 Jan 2019 19:22:00
Side to side and backwards passing is just this teams default setting when things are going badly. We've seen it with the last 3 managers.
Silva will need time to squeeze that out of them.
02 Feb 2019 09:29:27
Seems like a good idea to me Nev/ Lee.
31 Jan 2019 22:51:02
NP Lee. They may not be paying him that much but that's what he was demanding from from West Ham and other interested parties.
31 Jan 2019 22:25:39
looks like lee1878 highjacked the wrong post lol.
31 Jan 2019 22:06:06
Never thought he was either Smit, just shocked if you believe he's demanding £160k pw.
29 Jan 2019 14:32:13
You obviously won't agree BigNev but after so long without I have a funny feeling our neighbours will bottle it in the end so the least we can do is help them on their way by taking all 3 points ;-p.
02 Feb 2019 17:21:37
I can't say what I want because the Eds censor it in case it upsets one of poor lickle snowflakes.
02 Feb 2019 14:51:03
f f sake! the game hasn't even kicked off yet and you're already moaning.
02 Feb 2019 14:16:19
I was told I have to repost this after our win against Huddersfield. If it doesn't work this time blame Blueray lol
Right Maggotts (lol) it's almost time to put away any negativity and think nothing but positive thoughts. We will win. We will win. We will stop any goals going in (for them obv) . COYB!
02 Feb 2019 13:51:58
Thanks Ed. I know I can get slightly carried away once in a while when idiots wind me up but I'm never overly offensive.

His pro Allardyce and anti Everton rhetoric is getting tedious now. He can't see what millions of others see re Allardyce and he constantly slags off the club he claims he supports because they don't do what he thinks they should.
