G. Deulofeu just expressed his desire of returning to Goodison as he has no future in Barcalona.

Honestly, I would be thrilled to see him back in the blue shirt. I just have that extra edge to lock up a solid defense which we desperately needs. Perfect replacement for Mirallas as well!

My fingers are crossed. He already got all what it takes, he just needs to mature in his style of play :)

BlueHartmann

{Ed025's Note - he would be a great signing for me BH..

1.) 07 Apr 2015 07:45:42
Indeed Ed. If we can get 12-14 mil for Mirallas and buy Deulofeu for 10-12 mil I think that would be a great deal of business, since Mirallas won't play for us anymore.

{Ed025's Note - i suspect your right BH..

Oh how we view the past with rose tinted glasses. It would seem that everyone here has bought into his hype and forgotten the reality. Gerry was one of the worst players I've ever seen at Goodison.

All he did, every game, was give it away. He'd either get it, put his head down and run straight out of play, or stop, do 5 step overs and get tackled. He was absolutely shocking and Lukaku hated him because he NEVER crossed or passed, just shot from an absurd angle. He was lazy, greedy, couldn't pass, couldn't dribble, couldn't cross, couldn't shoot. I'm usually a muted figure at the games, but he is the only player to ever make me stand to my feet and shout profanity. Presumably Barca actually paid attention to his sting with us and that's why they don't want him.

I'd rather have Atsu, McGeady, Lennon, Gueye or Shandy Andy over him! Either way, I expect to see the Spanish Fool spending £15m plus on him because he's a 'diamond' in a 'special moment' of his career.

{Ed025's Note - dont hold back AB...tellus how you feel mate.. :)

3.) 08 Apr 2015 23:15:27
AB, You may have stood up and shouted profanities but most people just stood up because that's what Deulofeu did, he got you out of your seat.By the way if he's one of the worst players you've seen at Goodison then you haven't been going long. He's young he's talented and he's exciting. His shortcomings would be beaten out of him in the dressing room and training pitch.

4.) 09 Apr 2015 20:45:44
Agree with mike, if he's one of the worst ab you haven't seen many, magaye gueye for me is the worst winger I've ever seen, full stop. Not to mention awful players like jo, anichebe, pistone, straqualersi (for all his heart) and angell. couldn't cross? Those peaches across the 6 yard area that he used to always do which is every strikers wet dream and no one got on them. couldn't dribble? Did you watch him? One of the few I've seen with such good control to easily go past 5 or 6 players in the box. He was the only player to make you stand up and shout? Havent you been watching leon osman these past 10 years? ;)

5.) 10 Apr 2015 21:19:59
He's a bit of a luxury, when you need someone to battle and get stuck in ne often went awol

My fellow dane, Simon Kjaer, should be on our way on a loan deal, and then get signed in the summer :)
Hope this is tru, he's quality og suited for BPL.

BlueHartmann

{Ed025's Note - i like the look of him BH..

1.) Yea!

He's been quality for our national team alongside Daniel Agger for many years.

Hes physical strong, great with the ball and superior in the air. He's perhaps a bit clumpsy sometimes, but still he would be a bargain for that price.

2.) 07 Jan 2015 07:35:03
Is that the blonde centre back for lille that got bullied at goodison and flopped at wolfsburg and roma? If he can't handle the italian league then wow.

3.) He got bullied at goodison, but was the reason we drew at their place.as for roma and wolfsburg, some players just don't fit in certain team.who knows,he could be immense or rubbish for us,but considering how our defence is,it's worth a shot.

4.) 07 Jan 2015 14:14:46
May aswell get gary caldwell too he doesn't fit in to anywhere but you never know

5.) You troll badly sometimes, Swan

Simon Kjaer was outstanding last season, and made it to the team of the year. At the same time, Lille made a ridiculously amount of clean sheets, which they also do this season.

Please have in mind his contract expires in the summer, so there's a lot of value for money here. Gary Caldwell should NEVER have touched a football in his life.

Sam Byrne to Everton. Can anyone tell me anything about this youngster? Is he any good?

BlueHartmann

{Ed025's Note - just google him BH, it will give you some background mate..

1.) 22 Jul 2014 08:59:50
He was released by United, so I doubt he's a world beater, but if bobby sees something in him.

2.) Aight. But sometimes personal opinions are great to hear instead of facts and youtube videos. But thanks for the answer Ed :)

3.) No idea what he's like but just because he's been released from United doesn't mean he isn't any good. We let a World Cup winning defender go on a free only a couple of seasons ago.

{Ed025's Note - they also let paul pogba go on a free houghty..

4.) 22 Jul 2014 13:30:09
They both left because their respective managers where too stupid to give them the game time they deserve. Byrne just didn't really impress, I Believe. Everyone at the clubs knew Pogba would be world class and Mustafi would be good, no one seems bothered Byrne's left.

5.) Good point ED. Sometimes it can be just a matter of the man in charge believing in you that can make a difference to some of these young lads coming through.

{Ed025's Note - thats right houghty..

6.) Not forgetting Pique!

Okay, Blues. Wanna share a thought with you. Hope its okay, cause its just semi rumour-related.

Im from Denmark, and right now there are two potential world class-players in the danish league.

The first one is "Pione Sisto" from FC Midtjylland. he's 19 and he's coach Glen Ridderholm, who coached Christian Eriksen when he was under 17-player for Denmark, rates him to reach the same level as Eriksen. he's a strong complete winger and he just need experience to reach his potential.

The other one is "Daniel Amartey" who just came to FC Copenhagen for 1, 5m pund, and he's a monster. 19 years old and he is the next Essien.

So: These to players has world class-potential, and as a danish blue I would like to see them at Everton. Does anyone else know players from their home country which they want to see be signed to out lovely club?

Go check them out fellas, they're great!

BlueHartmann

1.) Just one point: you really should only say "they're great" about Kellogg's Frosties - not about players you're trying to big-up! ;-)

2.) Not from my country, but Martin Ødegaard who plays with Strømsgodset IF in Norway. He's only 15 years old and has played 12 league games for their senior squad, scoring 3 goals and as far as I know, has 3 or 4 assists too. If he keeps progressing the way he is, he'll definitely be one of, if not the best player in the world in the future.

The likes of Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Manchester United, Ajax and Manchester City to name a few, have been scouting him, but even so, we'd still be in with a fair chance as his father stated regarding a transfer fee "The transfer fee offered shouldn’t determined his next club. Real Madrid could offer a fortune, and Ajax a fraction of that, but it may be more appropriate to go to Ajax."

Even though they seem to have a preference for Ajax, I think with the quality of players we're producing and the opportunities their getting, we could be a good option for him.

3.) Just googled odegaard 3 goals and 3 assists in 12 games and he's 15 sign him up

{Ed007's Note - Stromsgodset's Martin Odegaard has been linked with a move to Celtic to continue working with Ronny Delia who left the Norwegian side to take over in Glasgow, and now that Deila has brought in his development manager from Stromsgodset, Haakan Lunov, it looks like Celtic's chances in enticing the youngster to Glasgow have taken a turn for the better.}

Listen fellas. I understand a lot of you are losing your patience, but trust Martinez. He has a plan, and he has several times said, that he's willing to play the waiting game. Remeber last year were our central midfield were fixed at the very last minuts, and i'm sure we'll have to wait a lot more to have it all sorted out.
Right now Everton har just doing business with some young guns, but the big guns are waiting to be announced. Have trust in our manager, he's our god :)

Lets hope both rumours aren't truth!

Januzaj is just rubbish, and I would much rather spend 15 mil on Deulofeu. Bolasie is good, and would be a great addition, but I won't value him much more than Lennons price around 6-8 mil.

15 is way to high.

I totally agree with the catch that Swan mentioned, and I thinks that's the reason why BK hasn't sold the club yet.
And let's be clear and honest here, before we turn BK into something he's not.

In my opinion, I think we got the most passionate chairman in PL. BK is LOVING Everton with all his heart, and I really do think we should appreciate and care about that.
Do we want another clueless idiot like Vincent Tan as our owners? No.

Thats why we need to find a new owner who has much more money and STILL care about values, tradition, history of the glory of our club. And I really do think that's hard to find, since we don't have e new stadium.

BlueHartmann

{Ed025's Note - its not hard BH...its nigh on impossible mate..

I agree with Manno, but in english football nowadays, you need to attract the player that cost 100+ mil to be competitive if you want to break the top four. And for that to happend, we need some money. Simple as that.
