RW must be a high priority? Why? I’m sure Bernard, Lookman or even Richarlison can play as a RW?

I know it’s not straight forward but plenty others teams seem to get it done a lot quicker! Or are we more thorough?
{Ed025's Note - im not saying we are blameless on this front griff, but obtaining work permits and appeasing blood sucking agents is difficult and takes time mate, also when clubs are reluctant to let go they can make it very hard indeed..
