Given our terrible recent history with managers since Ancellotti, I wonder if there is a parallel universe where Vitor Periera has won us the Premier league, two cups and has not signed Ashley Young? Although it's highly unlikely, as that would mean Moshiri was right about something football related, and that's impossible in any universe.

I winder if Kevin Thelwells recruiting is to match another managers style. He's certainly not brought in Dyche-a-likes. The young, quicker paced more forward driving players could well be more of say the Potter Mould?

Maybe that's Dyches whole strategy of management. Look like a pushover for 30 games, lulling teams into a false sense of security, then spring the trap to go on a winning run to stave off relegation. Its so insane it just might work, Sean, you trickster.

Dyche can be blamed for not thinking to shore up the defence in the late stages of the game, amongst many other things.
