I want to be sure every player understands what it means to play for this club and go on the pitch in front of the fans and give everything. A recent quote from rafa.
I know everytime we get a new manager we say he needs time but with rafa I'm prepared to actually give this guy time.

I think we’re all happy to give him time
However if he continues to play Rondon for 80+ minutes when he’s playing as badly as he is each game it won’t be long before fans start to turn.

Continuing with 'Trundle' Rondon and playing Iwobi last week makes you wonder if he is any different in actually meaning it.

Should have started with Ricky and brought on Rondon or Dobbin if we were comfortable later in game
Now very little chance Dobbin will get a run out

Godfrey poor today, Rodriguez poor today and Dacoure poor today. Top manager should be able to get the best out of all his players, that clearly isn’t happening.

He's hardly played this season and when he has it seamed half arsed, and given our position why add more salt into the wounds by letting this slip, if this is true shows he couldn't give a toss.

If rumours of his traveling back and too to France and his frustration over this being stopped and his petulance over tactics, then I'm afraid as much as I liked the player, he's not the manager and has been poor for a while maybe due to missed sessions, then add in his desire to leave and it makes perfect sense.
Worryingly it may set a don't like it leave mentality.

Be a massive loss if true, i know he has been bashed on here by a few but big dunc has more passion than any at our great club.

People will say what's on there minds, majority says he not pulling his weight, but then neither has rest of the team.
Unfair to single him out lads had a nightmare injury hit season, also there's no supply when he does play, I'm not surprised his heart sinks in games.

Lampards trying to create a wooden sculpture with blunt chisels, whilst not enjoying the best start to managing everton, at least he tries to get them to play, shamefully the players just aren't up to the task.
Relegation is worryingly close and a real possibility and pinning hopes on other teams slipping up is pointless, acceptance or denial we will most likely be a championship club next season, and all those players who sent us there will be long gone.
Frank has a monumental task on his hands he knows this and is probably as frustrated as every poster on this site, I hope he stays because there won't be many willing to take this s@#£ show of a club on.
